but bro if my brothers Company is sponsoring me and I use the SOA of the company, my employment letter and a study leave letter from the company, is that okay?
It should be okay.

My friend has an admission in Canada for msc. He works in an okay company and he is sponsoring himself However, his dad sends him stipends of about 100k monthly seldom skips a month. He has documentation for his salary and money history but his dad's own is just wire transfer account to account . Does he need to show any doc for his dad? Please note that the guy is the sole sponsor of his studies. Please house help out on this!!!!
i'll suggest he makes his dad his main sponsor regardless of his capability, the embassy want to be convinced you'll return back to the country after your study program, and for one working in an okay company who is in fact able to sponsor himself his chances of convincing the embassy of his return his pretty low. having his dad as the sponsor will be the modus operendi of creating a persuasive tie to convince the embassy of his return. by doing so he'll have to present his dad's soa and also a notarized letter of support by his dad, affirming that he'll be sponsoring him. just my opinion tho.

Some visa and master cards are actually configured to work as credit cards. I hav a GTB visa dollar card which is set to work as a credit card but needs to be preloaded. Its usually accepted on all websites. ..at least in my experience so far.
Oh that's a good improvement, I've always known that someday soon Nigeria online transaction will get to better stage. back then, i mean a couple years back online merchants were usually picky when it comes to dealing with a Nigerian card and doing online transaction was hell and a half..

Please Toucheli, did u do an upfront medical examination? Cos i m hoping mine can be as fast as urs. I applied online, attached my poilce character certificate and eMedical sheet, and I have also paid my tuition fees for the Winter term.

What else did u do that you think made urs this fast. I know its God ultimately but just enlighten me about the things you did dt u felt made it quick.
what do you mean by up-front medical? I did my medical couple days after I was asked to.
I can't really be precise about what made mine fast, but then again I'll suggest you present the following along side with once you already mentioned; Attestation of birth from National Population Commission, Affidavit of support/sponsor notarized by a Notary public service, I also paid 1 year tuition and a part payment for accommodation, the receipt were attached. However, I could vividly remember back then, that someone didn't pay fees and still got his trv literally, just so know I'm not certain if really the fees payment actually did boost the process, just be sure of the authenticity of every doc you are presenting, in other words, try as much as possible to keep your docs formal in a latter headed paper and leave the rest to God, it should be a good run.

Helo toucheli u study at uni of manitoba ryt?coming there next wk hws weather lyk
the weather isn't really bad, its quite cold, but yet considered one of the warmest winter ever, last winter it got as low as -45 which made a word record, but this winter has been very moderate ranging from -1 to -20 and every once in a while -25, which still isn't bad. but then again on arriving here +10 was very cold for me, so you still need those thermal gears, but no much worries it should be a good run. safe trip.

beelurv3: He applied on the 30thof July and biometrics was done on th 4th of August
I would have advised he waits just a week more which would make it the 6th week after bio-metrics, to see. however, considering the the school start date which is on the 15th of September, it's very unfortunate that he might have to defer his admission to Winter term(January), reason been, because if he is to be called for medicals in the subsequent week, he will still have to wait a while for the final possible outcome..

PlayPays: Most of these Canadians don't even care, to them only high school is a necessity any further thing is just an add-on. They rather work long years after high school before deciding on going back for diploma or degree.
In fact, if my own grandma wakes up tomorrow that she wants to further her education I will personally handle a perfect app for her.
with all protocol duly observed, 'i think' it will be far fetched for you to say the locals "don't care" about furthering their education. i agree with you that a majority of them tend to work for a long time after high school before deciding to pursue under-grad, but however the reason isn't because they don't care but rather because they have to work to be able to fund their education. moreover, you should know it is been regarded a custom that most Canadian parent only sponsor their kid's high school education alone, after which they have to work to further their education, which i will consider a downside, however, not all, but "in most cases" the locals who could eventually got over their undergraduate with just a General degree(3years) still got an edge over an international student who have a p.h.d, not 'really' because of race and ethnicity, but because, those employers out their hire with the mind set that, the locals are more Independent furthermore they have even a better work experience than the international student, as a result of the custom they find they find them selves, which is the upside. smiley
now lets do a turn table, every thing that's got a disadvantage also got an advantage a certain respect..even LSD wink
