But to u Aneke and Maja Were top qualities when they were the best players among teams of poor players in MK DONS and Sunderland?

When ur hated player distinguishes himself among poor players, it is nothing special but when an INNIT does same, it becomes golden. U are such a joke, same as ur hype men

First of all you need to update your approach.

Globalisation has changed everything, that's why we have a brain drain in nearly every field of endeavour.

The modern approach is not necessarily competition but synergy. In otherwords how can we take advantage of strategic partnerships and cooperative agreements to create value for ourselves.

The sole responsibility for football development does not rest with the NFF. It's a partnership with local league and football clubs working in unison. In this regard the NFF is an enabler creating the framework and support to enhance football development. They can not do it by themselves.

In England as it is across Europe what you have is the local grass root youth teams from age 5/6. These teams are administered by the local county FA 's, who are in turn supported but not necessarily controlled and or Financed by the FA.

These local teams are the nursery farms from which the best seedlings ( young infant players) are selected to different football academies across the league system in England.

The EPL clubs generally attracting the cream of the crop.

This is where in general talent and potential are nurtured, developed and trained to become top professional players.

The Nigerian league system does not collectively and comprehensively seek out young youthful talents for thier academies to graduate to first team football.

In the past thier were football competitions from high school level from where the best talents were selected. That level went right to local villages and local government areas before proceeding to the finals. That system seems to have died in Nigeria. But unfortunately without a any alternative to take up the gaps.

What we have instead is a plethora of football academies of differing quality some very very poor and some good. but the entire motivation of the privately owned academies is to make money by selling these players to Europe based teams. And they have positioned themselves in the gap.

That business model is underpined with slave contracts, TPI and age cheating.

Until there is a partnership with a collective vision not based on quick profit and treating players as commodities. We will remain where we are.

That partnership will start with village primary and secondary schools, proceed to local government capitals and state capitals.

This is why in times past the former Bendel state was ruling football in Nigeria for many years particularly at youth level. The partnership of grass roots football through school competitions that were well funded by the state governments not the NFA at the time.

Until there is buy in too strategic partnering with the LGA, State government to institute and organise a well funded structure through school competitions to enhance football development. Which the NFF has to facilitate and support,, we will REMAIN where we are.

That's the foundation before we even begin to look at our local league NPFL that seems to be dead on its feet. Poorly funded and patronised. As a consequence they local professional football clubs in Nigeria seem to play lip service to youth football development in thier academies.

Well said bro. Well said!!

Essentially you are saying that the Bundesliga is a mediocre league that lacks quality.

Otherwise how would you show indifference to his very outstanding statistics. last season 12 goals from 34 games and this season 3 goals from 7 matches. We have not even talked about his assists.

Considering he is still just only 19 years of age he is the youngest player to score 15 goals in the history of the Bundesliga.

Will he be able to replicate his goal tally in the EPL, l simply don't know. Yes the Bundesliga is not as Physically intense and fast at the EPL he may adapt and suprise us all.

You use the exact same principle ideology on which TRIBALISM is anchored upon.

You then with shameless bigotry declare some people not Nigerian because they were not born in Nigeria or don't fit your definition of Nigerian.

My family is Nigerian, obviously I live in England. It's nice to have that. I can't play Under-21 football anymore so the last international break I didn't get called up to anyone. Next one maybe we'll see.'

You call it gloating and trying to impress but this is very ordinary mundane day to day engagement for me. I only divulged this to highlight a point.

But because l know there are those with self esteem issues as well as inability to discern matter of fact plain speaking, without misconstrued deductions in the negative. l therefore qualified my write up with "there will be those who will think it to be LIES and or POSTURING"

You are exactly one of those people with low self esteem, you assumed the negative and not the positive.

Because you know no, no mean say everyone be like you.

The pertinent point l substantiated was changing organisational culture. But you completely MISSED THE POINT. Hence the need to reference my position from personal experience.

Prejudice and bias has befuddled your sense of judgment.

Agreed about kante

As kante small reach e get energy pass etebo

If not that Ndidi has not really show club performance in the eagles how will a certain etebo be our best midfielder in tournament ?

If he can't leave stoke city this season then there is problem

I can bet that stoke won't even smell Epl

You have a point

But a playing having Ndidi and etebo qualities doesn't makes him perfect at them ,maybe small of Ndidi and small of etebo
Little quality of ndidi and little quality of etebo makes him an "averagely below average " player if there is anything like that

At the Olympics, he played in the Turkish 2nd division after getting signed up from Bayelsa Utd. His team was promoted to the 1st division but he opted for a move to Egypt, he has since signed for a highly ambitious Turkish team. Infact his club is a state sponsored team owned by Turkey's president Erdogan.
He has been solid for this team and they are in the champions league play offs.

From 2nd division to champions league playoffs is not regression brother.

It's not your fault.
