Imagine if Ejike was not in their last match, they would have drawn or lost

Wow Mali has one hell of a talented deadly young sqaud with Haidara, Sekou and co that Africa should be wary of. I am happy Rohr is on the verge of leaving so that we can get a better attack oriented coach that can make good use of our equally young and super talented squad to bring down giants anywhere in the world.
I am tempted to say it will or probably might end in tears

Do you even know the meaning of Ethnic prejudice before you start throwing the word upandn?

Your comment is the epitome of Ethnocentrism, that that births prejudice.

Ethnocentrism simply means vilification of an out - group and glorification your own group. Understand?

Exactly what you and your cohort are fond of doing but you are unconsciously aware of your actions or perhaps, premeditated.

I have seen you and your cohorts used gutter words to describe or vilify other ethnic groups while you praise yours to high heaven but your vilification is not enough to undermine the achievements of others.

Can you list the top five greatest Nigeria players let me see? grin

Including the ones that were discriminated due to prejudice.

Agreed, SE is ahead of SW in African Champions League and League cup but how is SS ahead of SW in these regard?

Which FA cup? The one in ya village? grin

SW is ahead of both SS and SE in FA cup. Fact

The same way SW is ahead of SE and SS in Africa cup winners cup and par SS in CAF cup.

However, the African Champions League Eyimba won, na only SE and SS dey the team? grin

My Aboki brother even dey the team. grin grin

What does the bolded got to do with football? (The US passport is one of the best in the world)

Because the USA passport is one of the best in the world , does that making their national team one of the best in the world?

The guy father is american so he is also american, but i can bet that he cant make the dutch team at the moment thats why he decided to play for the US
I saw him vs chelsea, he held his own. He has what it takes to bench that dumfries

Actually some may miss the hidden message in my post. The USA-Holland scenario can be likened along prestige lines to Nigeria-England scenario.

Holland is a bigger team in football than USA. Fact.
Dutch players command great value in the market today. Fact.
Dutch NT players are very marketable too. Another fact.

USA obviously has value especially with interest and support from their American companies but is not a bigger or better football nation than Holland. Not even close.

Plus Dest could easily be starting for Holland over Dumfries. Or at the very worst be in with a shout of some game time while he battles Dumfries for the right to be #1 RB for the Oranje.

Yet inspite of all these... Dest chose USA. The nation of his Dad who is Surinamese-American.

#Selah

In the end... It is all a choice. In Dest's case, he went for the less fanciful option in USA and he feels good about it and a starting place is an absolute guarantee for him.

I await Ebere Eze's final decision. Go for England, obviously the more attractive option and battle it out with Maddison, Mount, Barkley, Alli and Grealish. Or pick Nigeria, a less attractive option but with guarantee of playing time as only Iwobi is your real natural competition.

In the end... It is all a choice but like Dest, let their choices be genuine and not guided by where they are at the moment in their club careers.
Let them not use the mentality of picking us when they are at Wycombe and picking England when at Chelsea. Irrespective of what their club statuses are, let their choices be their real choices.

Dest is an Ajax starter and that is a ticket to NT football for Holland but the lad was not swayed. He wanted USA all along especially as he grew more fond of his American roots. This is a lesson.

God bless you richly for this.
End of Discussion

Since we are on the talk of dual nationalities...

The American-Dutch Ajax RB, Sergino Dest just committed his international future to the USMNT for good.

Amazing how he chose the US over a top playing nation like Netherlands while holding down a RB slot in Netherlands' top clubside, Ajax.

Ohhh
I didn't not even see this before I quoted Charles
He has even committed sef

Reaching out to this kids is not begging. They re approached and left to make the decion on their own accord which is normal.

Do u know how hard Spain tried to get Messi to their youth teams? Do u know how hard England pressed to hv anichebe in their u21 team? Or u won't tag that begging?

What about Holland that stooped low to invite danjuma who was playing in the lowly rated Belgian top flight just to tie him down inorder to wade off our interest in him? Isn't that desperation?

Do you know how hard the same Dutch team fought to stop ziyech from turning out for morroco?

Bros no allow pride deny u any golden opportunity to attain greatness in life
There is this ajax kid USA and Netherlands are fighting to get too
