I seriously doubt Enockia lost his loved one in the manner people are thinking.

He's probably referring to his girlfriend who dumped him after he cheated on her with her friend. He's been moaning everywhere since the alleged incident and breakup. undecided

bros, take heart. Next time try not to get caught by the "before I knew it" bug.

Knowing it isnt that hard.
CultureRe: Question To The Fulani Folks by tpia: 3:08am On Dec 29, 2008
@ topic:

Fulani are very good at assimilating when they want to. Most people called Hausa-Fulani are a mixture of both hausa and Fulani. This is something every real and intelligent  Nigerian learns as early as elementary school.

Most of the ones who live in the townships, still identify with their home villages (like most other Nigerians), which tend to be a bit exclusive, as far as I know. That is, not too many "outsiders" are found there. Some have settled permanently in the towns and mixed with the indigenes. I don't know if these ones still go home to the village or not.

tharma:
We don't pride ourselve in number, we are never bothered wether we are considered as minority or whatever. We have pride in our conviction. We can compete for our survival in whatever circumtances we find ourselves.
do Fulani from different west African countries identify with each other? Havent noticed much in that regard. I had a non-Nigerian Fulani friend who when we first met, objected to being called Fulani. She preferred Peul. Her actual words were along this line: "Some people like to call us Fulani"

I have always thought that you are one misguided, dumb and delusional freak. How did you find the way to this forum when you can not discern who you are? There is nothing like hausa-fulani ethnic group in the jungle called Nigeria.
I doubt you're Nigerian at all, because this is one of the most ignorant posts I've read so far.
Christianity EtcRe: Were Ancient Egyptians Fair Or Dark Skinned? by tpia: 2:40am On Dec 29, 2008
Jairzinho:
Check your history Sudan & Egypt were one country at that time. The division still leaves a significant populatio of dark skinned people in Upper Egypt.
The popular Egyptian actor -Ahmed zaki,is from that area too.

On the issue of the Pharoah's been black,we all know kindship has always been hereditary,so whats the confusion? A black king trasfers the throne to his son,who for intents & purposes will be like him.

It wasn't democracy where a black minority (in the mould of Obama) will surface. I'm not saying there were all black, but we can make calculated but credible deductions, a sig number were.
There were thousands of Pharaohs and myriads of pharaonic dynasties. Some Pharaohs were light skinned while others were dark.

I can't repeat this enough. Now, if people are debating which color dominated or first inhabited ancient Egypt, then thats a different thing entirely from the topic.

the anwar sadat example was to explain where he got his "blackness" from.

CelebritiesRe: These Artists Really Cant Sing! by tpia: 4:26am On Dec 28, 2008
I have to agree with the Jonas brothers. They can't sing, or else they have tone-deaf managers.

Hannah Montana is a legend. Only problem is her songs arent all the same quality. Some are good while others are bad. Same goes for her performances. Sometimes she shines and sometimes she doesnt. (I mean the music).

But I like her sha. She's shown great acting skills so far.

@ kuns:

first of all, are you fayahsoul or one of his converts? I see you're intentionally using many of his terms.

secondly- no one denies the blackness of ancient Egyptians. The fact is, just like modern Egypt, a part of the population was also light. Anwar sadat had a Sudanese mother.

Egypt is located at the junction of Africa and the middle east. So its rather immature to insist there'd be no movement across borders. Or that the pharaohs were all black.

Christianity EtcRe: Were Ancient Egyptians Fair Or Dark Skinned? by tpia: 3:01am On Dec 27, 2008
some were dark skinned while others were fair. By virtue of its location, I dont think its reasonable to conclude Egypt was inhabited only by dark skinned people.

Tutankhamen may have been dark skinned, but he was one of a long line of pharoahs. Some were light while others were dark.
FamilyRe: Traditional Wedding Is Bullshit by tpia: 2:54am On Dec 27, 2008
people sha.

Isnt this outlaws the same person who started a thread listing all the reasons why he can never marry a black woman and how there are almost no black women in his neighborhood talkless him finding one "good enough" to marry. So I wonder why he's suddenly chasing black women all over the place.

I think he even stated categorically "why most black women can never get a man" of his type maybe? and to cap it all, he was dishing out some kind of advice that sounded as whack as himself.

29 ke?

This person doesnt seem older than 18.  Dudes mature slower, so an 18 year old boy can sound like a 14 year old, unlike his female counterparts.

Wow hero, I mean KB1 you sure go crazy for light skinned women. Are you sure you don't want to marry a white woman? Are you one of those men that shout black power but can't get their minds off the white women, the former forbidden fruit?
I thought I was the only one noticing oh.

he'll deny the bolded as fast as he can type, but the truth is glaringly obvious.
RomanceRe: Guys Are Always Too Quick To Assume That We Ladies Are Crazy! by tpia: 12:56am On Dec 27, 2008
But in truth, there are some real crazy ladies out there. About a year ago, i had the misfortune of going on a trip to see my ex. As it was my first time of going to her place and i was to stay at a hotel and all. I had quite a lot of cash on me to avoid looking for an ATM machine and all.

To cut a short story shorter, at the end of my visit, she pointed (a fact that i already knew) out that i had a lot of cash on me and offered to pay it into my bank account while i headed back home.

Well, she defaulted and started to give a lot of stories. When the lies got too much and the trust was gone, i called it off and explained this to her (Wonder if she hadn't figured it out herself). To my utmost surprise, She came up with her own theory that i was just making excuses because i had found another girl and all. Till date she has not refunded the cash.

So you be the judge. If i was secretive about the cash on me, U ladies would play the trust card. But i am with you on the closure thingy
A wise man and his money are soon parted.

FamilyRe: Traditional Wedding Is Bullshit by tpia: 2:43am On Dec 26, 2008
adding a little thing like IN MY OPINION, or even simply knowing how to word a thread title, goes a long way towards demonstrating some element of common sense.

"I dont support traditional weddings",

" Are traditional weddings really necessary"

" I refuse to have a traditional wedding" etc etc

are all examples of alternative ways to express your view.

na wa for the hiphop 50 cent cussing generation. Cant even differentiate between different contexts and appropriateness.
