I remember a friend of my elder sister’s saying she couldn’t date a guy if he didn’t live within the VGC axisthis has to be one of the top silliest reasons not to date, that's ever been posted on this forum. no offence. so, if this lady refuses to consider anyone living outside VGC, she'll probably consider anyone from outside lagos itself, as haram. what i find amazing is there were so many interventions to stop the war, yet it still happened. Maybe the interventions were too late? oh well, i guess when the wind of war is blowing, there's really little that can be done to stop it. |

It was a masterpiece though.if you mean the old man and the sea, that was by ernest hemmingway. he [bernard shaw] was awarded the nobel prize not for one single work, but his collective effort. and according to wiki, he initially wanted to refuse the award because he didnt want public honours. Shaw wanted to refuse his Nobel Prize outright because he had no desire for public honours, but accepted it at his wife's behest: she considered it a tribute to Ireland.
