still observing!! also waiting for the dating ones to pop up. we all know that's de-main de-main when it comes to nl or is it nigerians. also waiting on food ones, actually. Havent seen any yet, just for curiousity's sake. who designs these ads btw. i'm looking at the colour scheme- very safe. |
@ deols why do you post pictures of white or biracial babies in your profile? just curious. are they children of converts? |
why was the video released in yoruba and not hausa or any of the northern or middle belt languages? ![]() puzzling. |
The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) today released a video appeal in Yoruba, a language spoken by more than 20 million people, to those protesting an anti-Islam film "Innocence of Muslims" in Nigeria and other parts of West Africa.am i missing something? ![]() why yoruba and not hausa or any of the other northern languages? ![]() |
there's nothing wrong in a (moderate, or doesnt even matter) muslim lady marrying a christian man, per se. what i wouldnt encourage is the opposite scenario. |
Funny thread. |
Misplaced priorities. |
Sounds like a repeat topic but carry on. |

They shouldnt slow his roll plz. He (Fashola) has been working since, while they were pretending not to notice. |
Hmm, the UK is going tough on nigerians these days, lord have mercy. I know the US will soon follow suit. |
I dont get it. Where did the money used to build the house come from? His job as a minicab driver, or the 700 quid from welfare benefits? |
garhree!!!! |
the only thing i found at the moment is kwankwaso and madobi were railway towns. http://www.amazon.com/IMPACT-RAILWAY-KANO-EMIRATE-c-1903-1960s/dp/3843354081/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1348001848&sr=1-1&keywords=Kwankwaso poster, provide more info, and btw, i dont think it really matters even if the story is true, which i doubt. |
So, the 148,000,000 nigerians who werent born abroad, how did they manage during labour? |
Nigerians who did not study abroad, actually seem better adapted to the nigerian landscape, than those who did. I think the question is what are you doing with your exposure, not necessarily where did you get your exposure. |
Hope other states and universities will follow suit, if they dont already have such programs yet. Sounds very progressive, to me. |
seriallink: So, who is allow to question God? You said not everybody; I'm confused there! Thanks for your contribution anywayi meant seeing someone else question God doesnt mean everybody should do the same. you dont know the reason behind the first scenario. speaking in the christian context, not the nl one. |
There are times when a christian will question God but it doesnt mean everybody should do so. |

Maybe i'm reading the thread wrong? I noticed yall have started saluting yourselves already. |
Which inner feeling is someone saying s/he trusts before "knowing" if another person is a christian? Support this assertion with scripture not quoted out of context, plz. What i read in the bible is by their fruit you shall know them. Fruit meaning words and actions. For example, a "christian" who consistently does the same anti-christian things as a non-believer- do you need an inner feeling before you know how the cookie is crumbling? This thread sounds cultic imo. Dont know where you people are going with your attacks on the body of Christ. The ones you killed in lokoja arent enough? God punish satan. |
not sure people are understanding the op. s/he is referring to the local dialect/s of your place/s of origin, not the general standard language. |
