electrowale: Energy can not be created or destroyed , Energy can only be converted from one form
to another (eg, electrical to mechanical using electric motor and visa-vasa using
alternator also having in mind conversion efficiency,
so in a nutshell that diagram will not work, if you calculate the conversion
efficiency you will see that the close loop analysis will expose a conversion
efficiency of not more than 50%,
10% to 15% loss on the belts and pully ,
15-20% loss on the alternator,
also the kinetic energy in the water will absolved at the turbine blades to drive
the alternator, so the will not have any energy to push up back to the over head
tank.
funny how you're posting this here, then describing poisoning as juju on another thread.

yall need Jesus.

o my goodness.

people can whine!

imagine another one cooking up a story with these elements:

oldest child is ten years old

hubby hasnt made love in five years

**realised the error and quickly changed story to :

youngest child is ten years old

hubby has always had ED

**Story still doesnt make sense, so added jara:

has loving and supportive family

"trying" to decide if she should have affair or something

blah blah blah- dont know what the heck this poster is saying.

can anyone make head or tail of these whine fests?

please spell it out for the rest of us!

that toast, with some egg, followed by toast with the baked beans, then egg with sausage, topped off with some orange juice, doesnt seem so bad right now.

Celebrities › Re: Photo: Alibaba Shows Wife's Love In Bed.. by tpia5: 5:49pm On Jun 25, 2012
its because she didnt add red [tomatoes] and greens to spice up the appearance.

and the drink should be orange, apple or pineapple juice in a clear glass. Or she could have added the fruit by the side.

i'm sure the food is tasty but the colours are a bit similar.

Adewaledaniel: Garri is good for health! What of Ijebu pple, they drink garri every afternoon with fryed fish. Most of them are academic briliant nd dey did nt loss sight neither die.
do they drink garri everyday? I doubt that's unique to ijebu alone though- a lot of places do that.

and are you sure its not the fish which gives the effects you just mentioned.

eating some types of fish is thought to boost intelligence.

will like to briefly share a story, there was an incident that occured when I was sailing on a foreign going vessel.

3 guys (we call them stowaway) sneeked in onboard through the help of one of the crew with the aim to exit at the 1st European Port of call.

Unfortunately for them, the Chief Engineer, who's a dutchman caught one of them and that disclosed where in the engine room the other two guys were hiding.

Normally stowaways must be handed over to the police at the nearest port of call for the sake of insurance security but many lucky ones have become seafarers through this illegal move as caught stowaways always beg captains for mercy and considerations.

So interogating these guys, two of them are nigerians with 1st degree certs, one of which has even worked on a fishing trawler before, meaning those 2 nigerians stood a good chance to be considered for Rating (unskilled seaman) positions. The third of them is from Ghana, he got no cert with him and has never been onboard ship before, the only thing he claimed he can do that relates to maritime is swiming, but the captain chose to retain the ghanaian while he handed the two nigerians over to "the marine" at the next port of call.

The last I heard this Ghanaian is now sailing as an officer in holand. Majority of the crew of the vessel i sailed on are philipino and they got much lots of bad sides too but yet they enjoys far better recognitions and are much more valued than those of us that are nigerians.
i'm not surprised by this story at all.

in a situation where you have ghanaians and less than two nigerians [or where nigerians are a minority], what happens is the nigerian will get thrown out on his ear while/when/after the ghanaians team up together and manipulate/suck up to/deploy the whites or non-nigerians, to give them [nigerians] a hard time.

anybody who didnt know this before, had better know it now.

the problem with nigerians is our culture is very accomodating and welcoming to strangers- we are raised to play good hosts to people who are different from us, and to not discriminate.

so, when we go outside nigeria, this attitude follows us and when we meet other africans [say ghanaians for example], we think "oh hello, friend" whereas the ghanaian/other african is thinking "you bloody nigerian".

i think it has to do with the cultural mindsets of each tribe or nationality in africa.

Culture › Re: Cultural-Political Attire From Different States by tpia5: 6:39am On Jun 25, 2012
seriously though, a lot of the white arabs, hispanics, etc we see walking around, have some black ancestry.

its mainly western europe that's very particular about such.

and i think these black/white descendants tend to gravitate towards voodoo priesthood, though i could be wrong.
Culture › Re: Cultural-Political Attire From Different States by tpia5:
^he's white, probably with some black blood [could also be vice versa]. The bone structure does seem to show some black admixture, though many dutch have broad faces like his.

he doesnt seem tan, so he probably isnt 1/4 black.

might be closer to 1/8 or less i suppose.

might be easier to ascertain if we can see a picture of him in western clothes.

this kind of thing is more common in brazil, i should think- wouldnt raise any eyebrows there and neither would he need to acknowledge any black ancestry.

here's a thread about the subject:

is it easier to simply believe your own version?

not everything is straightforward like that.

remember the people involved arent yoruba, so it could be either way.
