Thirst4Lif:
Mercy's man is a Prince. She didn't choose a common Nigerian man.
if you're female, this is not a good post cos it shows you're rather gullible. Or naive perhaps.
Culture › Re: Commit Adultery, Go Mad by tpia5: 8:36pm On Aug 14, 2011
sounds to me like there's a high level of madness in the community in general, no offence.

there's no gene that makes madness peculiar to women, unless you're referring to puerperal psychosis which is linked to childbirth.

did Jesus say his kingdom is of this world? huh

there are rulers and principalities governing human affairs and to understand these things you need to have wisdom.

i'm starting to wonder about the name sambo.

was it used for returnees, slave traders, what exactly?
Politics › Re: Acn’s Regional Commission And Ondo’s Different Ideology by tpia5: 8:19pm On Aug 14, 2011
but Ondo is changing and the change is very fast The State is transforming and business activities are shooting up, couple with the cool non-violent terrain and low criminal records
hmm, that will be the day, though never say never sha.

not sure the population can sustain intense business activity mainly because of the state's agrarian nature.

true the people in some places are laidback, and i think the low criminal records are because the criminals tend to be based outside the state, though i could be wrong. could also be they have a forest base from which they launch elsewhere.
who knows.

also, depends on the type of crime i suppose.

Politics › Re: Namadi Sambo Is An Igbo Man? by tpia5: 8:05pm On Aug 14, 2011
Namadi is the short form of Namadina. A hausa synonym for Muhammad
a hausa synonym for mohammed should be muhammadu or muammar.

Wake up, my friend! This is just one in a million incident. More over, it happens all over the world. Note that every choice has a dilemma
1. It isnt a one in a million incident. She just happens to be a public figure and also broadcast the wedding, hence the huge shock to find out the guy is already married.

but it happens a bit more frequently than people want to admit.

2. no one said it doesnt happen in other parts of the world.

3. yes, every choice comes with a dilemma. But this particular dilemma is very destructive to the other people involved. Anyway!! That's water under the bridge now. They'll survive, by God's grace.

4. yes, she should try again, but broaden her options, unless she feels she absolutely cannot hook a single man who meets her requirements for dating.  undecided

dont know where they all ran to, anyway. So much for their drooling, admiration and other blah blah blah.

i actually have no idea what's been done so far.
Politics › Re: Acn’s Regional Commission And Ondo’s Different Ideology by tpia5: 5:48am On Aug 14, 2011
Among the foremost tasks to be performed by the commission will be in the area of infrastructure development, including railway and road construction, and agriculture services to increase food production and facilitate the establishment of agro-allied industries.

Other areas are commercial and social services such as provision of potable water, specialist hospitals, independent power projects, and ensuring the judicious utilisation of water under the control of the river basin authorities in the region.
i have no problem with this but i dont think some regions should develop while others remain left behind because that gets us nowhere.
Politics › Re: Acn’s Regional Commission And Ondo’s Different Ideology by tpia5: 5:45am On Aug 14, 2011
well, both edo and delta were part of the old western region though btw i dont know why these old boundaries are being revisited and for what purpose.

the midwestern state itself was briefly declared republic of benin during the biafran occupation.
Politics › Re: Namadi Sambo Is An Igbo Man? by tpia5: 5:43am On Aug 14, 2011
That Namadi’s father worked with the railways and lived in Sabon Gari Zaria where Namadi was later born is a strong pointer to the possibility that his father was not indigenous to either Zaria or Northern Nigeria.
its a possibility but not conclusive.

@ topic

well, from murtala's example, never say never, but question here is to find out where his name sambo came from. Is that his family name?
Politics › Re: Acn’s Regional Commission And Ondo’s Different Ideology by tpia5: 5:34am On Aug 14, 2011
if you bring in edo, you bring in delta.

if you bring in delta, might as well include rivers, bayelsa, the entire southsouth and then the southeast region.

^^why did you delete it? huh

too bad some people like the s.hemale must always allow their personal frustrations to take over whatever they consider a brain, but that's not my problem.

btw, since you're looking for a girlfriend and have a vacancy, why not do the s.hemale a favour and hook up with her. It would greatly help her mental stability.

mcobinad:
Please can the original poster post pictures of Anambra state, Imo state, Abia state, Enugu state or infact the east in general? All the photos here seem to stem from Ibadan, lagos and the North. Were these areas only the developed parts of Nigeria in the 60/70's? Or was the east a savannah? People should learn to show Nigeria as a whole and not concentrating on a tiny proportion of a country to represent the entire nation. Am yet to see how the east looked like back in the day. Until then, i would say these photos are irrational.
you can post photos too, if you have some.
