with the way Nigerians' personal information is being peddled and distributed anyhow by the individuals accessing such info, imo it's more important to convene an emergency conference on how to implement training procedures and accountability in possession of the information of private citizens.
There needs to be protocol in how information is released to third parties who are not affiliated with whatever business is being transacted that led to private information being released to govt officials and which has been found in discussions, photoshoots, staged plays, etc on the www.
Can we make this the priority plz. |

Family › Are Women Naturally Polyandrous? by tpiar(op): 6:09pm On Mar 02, 2016 |
5secondmadness: The answer is simple: Yes.
The Reason: Women have a higher sex drive/libido than men. It all stems from the female sex hormone stosterone whih is 16times higher in the female than in the male. Osterone is the main hormone responsible. Men's sex drive is further reduced by the prescence of estrogen which although is necessary for the lubrication of the penis, is an antagonist to osterone and reduces its level in the male system further. However as a woman ages, her testosterone levels reduce gradually over the years until the age of 60-65 when she begins to lose interest in sex although not completely. The male on the other hand loses a lot of his eostrogen when he hits andropause and o his osterone levels increase but still never reaches the level of a female.
Polyandry: The above simply explains that females naturally have a higher sex drive than males and so are bound to have more sexual partners than their fmale counterparts. This is not peculiar to homo sapien species as other female creatures in the animal kingdom ranging from the chimpanzee to the lion and even the male chicken(hen) have multiple male partners and thus practice polyandry.
Society: Unfortunately/fortunately society has placed an embargo on the number of male partners a female can have at any given point in time. This was probably done to reduce fights among the males, improve the ability of the woman to cater for a smaller family in a more sophisticated/modern world where a larger family did not directly translate to a better chance at survival as is was in prehistoric/agrarian era. Even at that some societies still allow for a feman to be polygamous e.g african, moorish, conservative American societies e.g the state of Utah and other neighbouring states ,etc.
Religion: Although Christianity appears to encourage monogamy profusely, it does not directly discourage polyandry either. Numerous quotations abound in which a woman is admonished to love her husband(not husbands)
There are very few instances in which the male is polygamous e.g the Indian marriages of Asia but these are exceedingly rare, and are practically miniscule to non-existent in the animal kingdom.

People need to be trained on the importance of maintaining privacy and confidentiality of others.
It is an abuse of your position when you collect people's information and it gets disseminated and discussed all over the web by unknown persons.
This issue should be a higher priority than releasing headlines about phantom ghost worker searches because this right here is a huge security breach, to whom it may concern.
If you have access to any of my documents for whatever reason and by virtue of the fact that I am required to submit those documents in an official capacity, I do not want to see discussions about what you found there, on the web. |
