My brother i feel you badly. I was among the batch of people that won the visa lottery in 2012 that was eventually cancelled due to the computer glitch after one month. I still have a copy of the letter with my case number.i had even sent all my documents document to the KICC Kentucky. For weeks, i was in high heaven until the day i learnt that our visa lottery winning results was voided. I was devastated when i confirmed it on CNN. i already had a US non immigrant visa before i won and cancelled my flight with the hope that i was emigrating to the USA soon. I learnt that a class action law suit was insinuated by some of us but eventually we lost at the suit at the end. I have heard rumors that most of people that won that visa lottery that was cancelled have been denied USA non immigrant visa subsequently. if this is true then it would be unfair. Anyway, i learnt from the disappointment and moved ahead. After about three years God blessed with the permanent residence visa of Australia and Canada at the same time.
