Seems polygamy is currently illegal in Eritrea, so this might be a push by some interest groups, to change the law.

As with other horners, polygamy is not really entrenched with these Caucasoid groups in Africa like it is with blacks.

And obviously, if the govt has to force the men to be polygamous, then that means they are not naturally inclined to such.

Somalia looks like it might have an abundance of males, not sure however.

Western countries usually just encourage immigration whenever there's a need to be filled which immigration can help with.

tpiar The certificate I have is not the original. Mr. Ajibade has it (the original) in his possession. Though before he left, I took it took it to have it copied, but didn't use colored ink. I hope my explanation is understood

The copy has some information which is not present on the original.

Eg the occupation "nursing" is on the copy but not on the other.

Any explanation you give for this would be helpful.
