In things within your authority and rights you must strive to do the right no matter the outcome. It will surely pay if not immediately, in the near future. Not doing the right because the outcome will be bad to oneself will only Keep things not moving well (in this case the Lagos state). You can't be controlling everything, that's shear greediness on the part of his principal.

Kids are very beautiful my dear sister...money is enjoyable when spent with your loved ones..... watching your baby grow into an adult is also a beautiful thing... having a man who truly loves you for you is also nice.

How have you being coping with stigmatization?

Sending kids to holiday lessons makes no sense.

Most of you will make your kids go to school till they become useless. You took them to school at age 3 and abandon them there. During long vacation you still send them to school. To do what?

Can't you spend time to bond with your kids? What exactly are they going to achieve in school during vacation? Vacation lesson only favour school owners, not you. Allow kids rest for God's sake.

If you should engage kids during long vacation then teach them skills. Enrol your kids in centres that they can learn practical computer usage, coding, programming, painting and decoration, catering, musical instruments. Let them learn martial art, how to shot guns, how to wrestle. Teach them something beyond pure academics.

If a school should organize long vacation class then it should gear towards extra curricula activities - debate, modelling, music concert, science fair, mini project. How would you call kids back to school during holiday to learn Math, English, Chemistry, Social studies, accounting, by same teachers that taught them during school period. What is the difference? If these teachers knew what to teach why didn't they do it during normal school session.

Education is beyond memorizing facts. Give your kids opportunity to develop and be better prepare for life.

It’s been 2 years plus since I made this post and started working in Nigeria correctional services.
About the question I asked concerning my beard, this was what happened afterwards:

I was instructed to barb my hair and beard during the documentation and training. After the training I worked in prison yard for a couple of months then I used my connect to get myself transferred to my state H/Q to work in the office of the state controller of NCoS (H/Q is solely for administrative purposes it’s not a prison yard).
When I got there i worked for 3 months and got very close to the state controller. After awhile, I met him privately and explained to him that I never wanted this job, that I’m all about business and online stuffs. I begged him to give me some time to pursue my dreams in business and explore other things he later obliged. Currently I have a start up, I go to work at NCoS like 5 times in a month and most of all I NOW KEEP MY BEARDS and my boss doesn’t say anything about it. Last year the state controller retired but he introduced me to the current controller as his boy and told him to take care of me, I maintained same good relationship with my current boss and the former arrangements still stands.
I’ve also been promoted recently to 2 star to the glory of God.
What I found out about keeping beard as an officer are this:
1. It depends on your rank and department.
2. It also highly depends on the relationship you have with your bosses and your superiors in the department.
3. It depends on the kind of person your direct boss is, if he is a strict person, over zealous and no nonsense person you are in trouble.
4. It also depends on you, if you still look neat and responsible even with your beards it won’t matter much because to some modern senior officers it’s all about discipline, looking neat and responsible before other things.

Attacking medical practitioners is wrong in all terms. But these doctors too should be calming down. They have done more wrongs/damages in Nigeria than the said attacks they are having. In Nigeria their level of unprofessionalism and negligence is alarming. Which have led to numerous preventable deaths and many near misses. If not that there aren't systems checkmating their shortcomings, many of them would've lost their licences and serving jail terms.... I can count many cases of medical practitioners' carelessness, negligence, and unprofessionalism, leading to losses of many forms.
