Politics / Dear President Tinubu: Street Pulse by Tradegood: 1:14pm On Sep 26, 2023
Dear President Tinubu,
I just want to bring to your notice the pulse on the street.

Even though there are fake reports and rumors on the internet, the people on the street know the truth.
Ikdu people know the truth and have spread the gist.

A lot of journalist that went on fact finding mission to Ikdu know the truth.

But the police humbly asked for two weeks from the public to do their findings. And the public has calmly agreed.

Twisting the truth, will not be good.
GOD will not be happy and the people who saw what happened will not be happy.
Let the truth about who killed MB be declared.
It will cause peace and the blessings of GOD to settle on Nigeria.

By the way Sir, we thank you for the comical relief you are granting us with the certificate issue, sending your detractors on a wild goose chase.

Well, this is what ikdu people who opened up so far have said,

There was a show in Ikdu organized by CubanaChiefproest and Generalbitters
MB as an Ikdu boy went for the show and performed.
After performance, his "harrassers" pounced on him and beat him to death. "His neck was also broken" in the process , as per they beat to kill him

There was no ear infection, no nurse, no injection.

Infact, ikdu people say instablog should be questioned on why or who asked hin to post the fake ear infection and injection storyline.

Please someone should bring this to President Tinubu's notice

Career / Re: Is It Unprofessional To Use Whatsapp For Official/business Calls? by Tradegood: 11:06am On Jul 18, 2023
TOBILOBA2023:
I noticed that some people sees use of WhatsApp for calls as unprofessional.

I prefer WhatsApp calls to normal voice calls because it's more cheaper and also helps save normal call airtime for lines that are not registered on WhatsApp.

A woman refused to engage me in business discussion because I called her via WhatsApp. She feels I'm not serious or professional enough.

Do you have any issues with WhatsApp calls for business/official purposes?

It is.
Infact if you tell me you want to call me on WhatsApp, I will just block you in my mind.

I can manage chat but making official calls through Whatsapp?? What happened to emails?

Summary: It is very very unprofessional.
Politics / Tinubu: Alert!!! This is The Cause Of Unending Rising Naira by Tradegood: 11:03am On Jul 18, 2023
Tinubu: Alert!!! Cause of unending rising Naira
Some aleft Tinubu's economic advisers.

Binance!

There is a section in Binanace called p2p.

These guys wake up and arbitrarily, I mean ARBITRARILY, set whatever price their hearts desire as the value they will wish to trade their dollar for Naira.

For example, they can wake up today and decide to sell $1 for N865.

And tomorrow, wake up and be fed up with N865 they will just increase it to N900.
And just like that, the whole Nigeria will become aware that Naira is whatever value these guys have set it.

I think the Govt, even Buhari tried to curb this by banning crypto then, and recently, declaring Binance Nigeria as scam.

That will not work o.
These guys will simply migrate to another platform and continue.

Nigeria has to have a talk with the Binance owners. Or the Govt itself can become a part of the p2p platform.

They have been the ones determining Naira price since crypto became popular in Nigeria.

Bill Gates visits PBAT few days ago, and today we hear news that new varieties of wheat are to flood the market.

Someone alert Tinubu, they are GMO wheats!
We don't need GMO wheat in our markets in JESUS name!!!

Leave us with the natural wheat GOD created the way it is.

GMO stands for Genetically Modified Organisms.

They can cause infertility.
YOu eat food and you are healthy says the doctor but you cannot conceive. Your food may be the culprit.

Cheap article dey run belle sometimes please!

Are government officials not aware of the depopulation agenda of Bill Gates?
He is a staunch advocate of it.
It is not every gift you receive.

Nigeria government protect your citizens for once in your life.
Leave us and our locally grown wheats alone.

The other day, on front page, a nairalander was crying that his father's, crop they planted for over 5 years has still not produced fruit till now.
That is the work of the GMO community.

They need you to pay for healthy seeds created by GOD before you can eat, while they flood the market with seeds that can never produce.

If you are wise, begin to store and gather as many natural seeds as you can.

They have started dealing with soya beans, Okro, pineapple, oranges, Potato. etc

Do not tell me BIll Gate has done more for Africans than any human in the world. Lies. Of yours!

Also if I force myself to pursue it; people living around will hear about it; me being cognizance of the power of rumours knows that many cant reason logically, so i have to continue to the look up to God.

They have interfered with my peace of mind which is sacrosanct to me but I believe that God knows the best and I now leave everything to Him.

First, you don't "leave" things in the hand of GOD, by being passive.
You leave things in the hand of GOD by taking a firm stand to pray to GOD to vindicate you, day and night and ask HIM to vindicate you.
And after praying each time, give HIM thanks for answering you.

Please always raise alarm, why will you allow that child corrupt your Landlord's children?
Immediately you caught them, you raise alarm right there and then!

Now they are on the offensive.
Go counter offensive by praying led of The Holy Ghost.

Since you won't be packing out of the compound, only GOD can help you if only you will vehemently refuse to keep your mouth shut and open it and pray.

Watch your dreams from henceforth and cancel every manipulation of the wicked against your life through dreams.

Politics / Tinubu And The Presidential Villa by Tradegood: 7:16pm On Jun 10, 2023
Can someone close to Tinubu tell him not to move into the presidential villa?
Because, is like, there is something there that use to turn people's head when they get there.

Please Mr President, don't change o.

Ps: incase there is a change in Tinubu's style of governance if he moves there, some one should try and get him out.

In other news,

** Thank GOD Tinubu did not pick Obiora and Aisha as acting CBN governor o, he dodged a serious bomb!

**Please tell Tinubu not to forget to develop his home state. That you are President of the whole Country should not be a stumbling block to developing your home state.
Jonathan made that mistake and regretted it.
Buhari did not make that mistake this second time around.
(How did Obj feel doing roadwalk with his former classmates in his home state last year and no single road he walked on was tarred? Is Ogun state not supposed to be looking like London by now?? )
Imagine that since the inception of Nigeria, all the heads of State and Presidents had channeled development to their states of origin while not neglecting Nigeria, Would we not have had a more developed Nigeria than this by now?

**He should try to rest. No single Nigerian would be happy if their boss calls them up by weekend to resume some urgent work after working hard Monday to Friday. Tinubu has been up and doing Mon-Sun. He should take breaks and rests. Rest is of GOD.

**It is funny that the evil mob (not Igbos) voted based on personality and not party, but cannot recognize that Tinubu was voted based on personality and not party. Strange.

extol1:

Can you please talk more about cover letter and if possible can I get a sample

Tips to writing cover letters.
1) Pray first and always
FATHER in heaven thank YOU for this job opportunity YOU made me come across. Please LORD I want to draft my cover letter for this job, direct me on how best to go about it in JESUS mighty name I ask, amen. Thank YOU LORD for answering me in JESUS name, amen.

2) Never ever submit a cV a without cover letter, no matter how unserious the recruiter seems.
If the recruiter is deemed unserious by you but not enough to discourage you from applying, or sending your CV to them, you MUST include a cover letter.

A cover letter keeps the body of your email page from being stark cold empty. It also shows that you are a thoughtful person and you care about who is on the other end of the communication line. You are not just hitting them with your needs, "My CV is here okay, check!"

A cover letter is just like any normal formal letter that you must write to...sort of water the entrance to your CV...You greet the employer, you try to show your enthusiasm by trying to "woo" them to employ you, but in a formal professional kind of way. Like trying to tell them, "my CV arnt gonna be boring but worth your while".

In secondary school, we were taught that
"Dear Sir," is 100% good enough greeting for formal letters. Don't go overboard.

2) This next tip is inspired by GOD:
There is always an expo on constructing a winning cover letter. and it is hidden in the job requirements/qualifiactions:

e.g let's look at this job ad below and study its job requirement:

Job Title: Graphic Designer

2nd June, 2023.

How to Apply
Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV to: recruitment@mystaffjob.com using the Job Title as the subject of the email.

The first things you want to state in your cover letters are the top three or four of these requirements in such a way that it doesn't feel like you are throwing the recruiters' words directly at them!

1.Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or a related field
2.Proven experience as a graphic designer
3.Demonstratable graphic design skill with a strong portfolio
4.Proficiency with required desktop publishing softwares
5.A strong eye for visual composition

Someone like me, will pick the first four or three requirements and ensure the recruiter sees that first.

e.g

Dear Sir,

Application for the position of a (always use the exact job title they used here) in XYZ company ( in your company if the ad is without a name; this is not compulsory though).

I have a Bachelors degree in .....
and have over 3 years experience in working as a supervisor where I...at this point begin to talk about some responsibilities you handled that is stated in their requirements or begin to talk about achievements you made in previous roles that you know would be the same goals or results for the role.

e.g if a sales company is calling for a sales person, you automatically know they want you to help them sell their product as fast as possible with profit.

So if you have ever sold off goods for your mom, friend, previous companies in such a way that people wondered aloud how you did it so fast, you would need to show off your speed here or rate at which you sell off goods or any skills you think might set you apart from other candidates (in few words; concise and clear)

3) Lastly, with those two tips in mind, if you still need guidance to construct a cover letter, go to any search engine and type,

sample graphics designer cover letter
or sample sales rep cover letter
or sample customer service cover letter etc. And use it as a guide.
Never copy word for word; you must exercise your brain

Dey play.

Dey dream..

No be your type go switch 3 good jobs in a year..

Wow, you actually really do not believe?
I thought you were just being an agent of the devil by writing to discourage people and place heavy burdens on them.
You actually believe in a lie!

Likeaking, you CAN get a job without knowing someone. it is true
Most companies in Nigeria recruit based on merit.

Rebuke any moniker dropping curses on Nigeria on any thread you visit.

It is how the spirit of witchcraft has kept Nigeria down for years.
Don't read and pass when you see any curse on Nigeria, return it back to the head of the sender in JESUS mighty name Amin.

GOD has opened our eyes to their methodologies.
GOD will always hear your prayers over their curses in JESUS name.

Praise...praise...praise The living Master JESUS, alleluia.

I was scrolling through some threads on NL the day Tinubu was declared winner of the 2023 presidential elections and saw a NLder write, "I can't believe I lived to see the day Tinubu becomes the president of Nigeria."

Thank YOU LORD JESUS.
It is YOUR doing and it is marvelous in our eyes.

Face reality,it is not a myth, you can get jobs without passing through anyone but the probability of you getting one through people that you know is extremely high.
How do some people read and comprehend?

You even tried small.
The other guy just going on and on on this thread just leaves me speechless

You are a small boy, u never see anything for life...
The fact that you keep depending of Jesus to give you an ordinary Jon shows their is a big problem...

Jobs wey some dey use play...

To get a good job in Naija you need to at least have someone who will give you recruitment info...

They don't advertise for most of their opening in Nigeria...

If you know people it's very, very easy..

Face reality...

Op, do even have a job?

My reality is I have gotten three jobs these year, as per switched jobs three times this year alone by the power of JESUS.

It is my reality even though it is not yours.

ICEWIN:

Hello!

please i am an NCE holder,i am currently teaching, but i dont have passion for teaching, just not for me to be idle thats why have been working as a teacher,i actually did NCE because the institution was very close to my house,my parent can not afford to send me to UNI/POLY due to distance and accommodation.

After my NCE i couldn't further, due to finance.

Do you have any advice/idea i can use to grow or change of career path with my NCE?

Yes.
There are schools that pay teachers upwards of N150k and as high as N250k+ in Lagos.

But they are not moimoi schools, as per, you don't get employed there just because you have an NCE.

They require some what I call, "special teaching certificates"
You will get those certificates.
and it is not hard to get them

(I presume you hate teaching because the salary is small? Like if your present employer were paying you N500k as net salary for example to teach, would you still hate the teaching?)

Have you heard of the word, Montessori?

These schools that I talk about, there are some certificate or skills they always ask for, I will look for it and get it for you.

All you need do is suffer for 6 months more or almost one year more to acquire that skill.

Next, I will like to ask, what do you really like? Since you don't like teaching?
Like, if GOD gives you a blank cheque and says, any job you want now, I will give you now. What job would that be?

I ask since you don't like teaching?
