How Mr. Peter Obi lost out in the 2023 General elections.

Mr. Peter Obi's running mate is a disaster. The biggest mistake made so far by Peter Obi is choosing Dr Yusuf Datti Ahmed as his running mate.

I have so much respect for Sen. DR Yusuf datti Ahmed, but he hasn't been doing the needful in order to win millions of Northern voters lately. He needs to focus on winning the forthcoming general elections first. Less he forgets that this is Nigeria and there is a simple voting pattern associated with our Muslim/Northern compatriots.

Dr. Yusuf needs to associate and work with a lot of top Muslim/Northern stakeholders and spend hugely - don't be like Peter Obi - where necessary in order to gain lots of followers from the North.

For example, he ought to be seen attending top Muslim programmes instead posting political ideologies online since his unveiling as the Vice Presidential Candidate of the Labour Party.

5 pieces of bitter leaves plus 1 big lemon are ok. Every part of lemon is edible plus its seeds. Either of both can still be used if the other is not available.
1. Wash all well with clean or boiled water.
2. Blend both the leaves and lemon together.
3. Put all the blended substance into a warm water (not hot, but lukewarm water) and sip as tea once or twice a week. Try it if you have difficulty sleeping, body pains, stomach pains, headache, etc.

2. Cut down or get rid of sugar consumption regularly.
3. Take adequate clean water.
4. Take more of nuts, legumes than carbs regularly.
5. Take cod liver oil, liver, chicken or fish from the sea (not farmed fish).
6. Sleep well every night.
7. Cut down on salt as well.
8. Eat plenty fresh greens: vegetables and fruits etc.
9. Avoid sun exposure especially from 10a to 4pm.
10. Apply egg yolk on your face or bathe with waste water used for washing raw rice.
