Yes they do charge, especially if its huge( like 500+). Its usually about 1 - 2% of the amount and I'm not sure its GTB charging it, I think its the intermediary banks

- Link payoneer to Upwork
- Link payoneer to your Dom
- You withdraw to payoneer and then to your DOM, then do a withdrawal at your local bank

Doc. please whem was the last time you withdrew money from your Payoneer to your GTB Dom acct.? Did GTB charge any extra fee in addition to Payoneer's USD fee?
