Solar panels plus batteries to store the power will save you money, in the long run.
I'm lost as to how this technology has escaped many people - including the so-called 'educated'. Solar panels are expensive in developing states but affordable in developed ones |

Billyonaire: That's just an excuse. Nigeria is gold mine. Do not discourage the woman from coming back to her root. Most people are poor because they are ignorant of the opportunities in this country. Eg, Do you know that the Federal Government has made provision of 5 million naira for every Nigerian under the Federal Housing Programme payable for a 20yrs tenure with 3 yrs moratorium. That all you need is to do is apply for it through any Primary Mortgage Institution ? I bet you did not know, and others are enjoying it. Ignorance kills. Nairaland General › Re: Why Do Africans Call Black Americans And Black Caribbeans Akatas by traware(m): 4:48pm On Mar 09, 2015 |
otipoju: "Akata"... Refers to the unpredictable nature of many African Americans.
It is a term coined to reflect the high tendency to get extremely angry and upset at minor things.
It refers to the lifestyle where many are really less bothered planning for tomorrow .
it is about the prevalent lifestyle of a woman beginning to have kids at 14 and by 30 she has 5 for 4 different fathers...of guys doing the same.
Of many smoking marijuana everyday both male and female.. All these things we struggle to understand.
So Akata is a stereotype that means being being emotionally unstable, volatile passions and doing very silly things.
And don't try to play the saint cause you guys also denigrate Africans.. Calling them "Awawa".. Because if the way they pronounce " how are you". You believe they are unsophisticated and have no business in america.
Most of your guys hate africans because they take advantage of opportunities that some of your crew refuses to see because they choose to believe that the system is against them.
I try not to get too involved in all these though as it dies nobody no good and I respect those who are civil.

RiffRaff: I have long advocated the legalization of prostitution! 1. It can be taxed 2. It can be regulated 3. Sex workers can be screened for diseases 4. It would cut the economics right out from under organized crime. 5. For many unskilled/uneducated women...it would give them a way to support themselves legally 6. As long as there are men and women...there will be men willing to pay...and women willing to accept money for sex. To think otherwise is delusional. The only two groups that are terrified of this are religious groups that feel a need to tell others how to live their lives...and women who don't put out...then wonder why their men cheat or visit prostitutes. Any rational thinking person can clearly see the benefits of legalized prostitution. Why is it illegal to pay for something that is perfectly legal to give away for free? It's irrational in the extreme. Fuc.kin' A but I doubt it will ever come into fruition in Nigeria eventhough prostitution is heavily practiced every institution of the society. The majority of Nigerians are just too pre-occupied with trying to be viewed by everyone else as a 'good/religious man' and 'good/religious woman' and not an advocate of 'immorality'.We are not a forward-thinking/progressive people |

WENGERNOMICS: Dear OP.............This is my advice. Light does not need to appeal to darkness to disappear when it arrives. Light means understanding of spiritual truth. Since you have stayed there for 5 years and the attacks just began few weeks ago, the house is not the problem. Get a book that teaches about a Christian's authority over satan and darkness. Let your wife read it and understand it and the problem will disappear like it never existed. I recommend ''SATAN GET LOST'' by Bishop David Oyedepo.. Its about 600 naira If she reads that book, you will never hear of that situation again. Satan will become like a Nylon bag to you and her. I advice that you send her to a hotel for 1 week and let her do personal fasting with her bible......understanding all the passages of the bible the book refers to. God will show her Light and darkness will escape.
At least it is dreams she is having. In my case, 2 Owls were living in the celin of the flat i just paid for. And they made terrible noises by our windows every single night. I almost ran mad. I knew i could not go anywhere. I had to fight the battle. I am sure even those that planted those things there respect me now. Total Silence!
