Your wife, by the story you give about her periods, is likely anovulatory.  This means that she doesn't produce and egg monthly.  This is easily corrected depending on her age.  However, even if this is corrected and you are not around, conception is impossible.  I would advise you to prioritize.  The yeast infection has no bearing on fertility.  If this is the first time, she is one of billions of women.  Good luck

she can walk and handle something with the hand and leg affected, but not properly, she has not been doing physiotherapy & speec therapy

according to her, she said the pains are as if a bowl of ice-block is held tight to her bones, and sharp pains. she is not diabetic and/or hypertensive?

No she does not cough up blood, she eats very well, very healthy, no lost of weight. no night sweat at all, in all the test that has been carried out on her TB has never been diagnoised, she was only told its an infection, though i have forgoten what she called it, i think bitter strep or something like that. she was given some anti-biotics injections to take but it didt stop it.

I am a step mum and my view is: when a woman truly loves a man she will do anything to please him and his child(ren). Women have big hearts. The problem is that a lot of children have this view of "the evil stepmother" and no matter how good and genuine the step mum is, they will always treat her like "the evil stepmother". I am still young and very new at this stepmother business, but already I can see that whatever I do for my stepdaughter will never be good enough to gain her love and trust. So I'm getting to a point where I won't put in any more effort, to avoid being hurt further. Maybe that's the reason step mums seem like they don't care, they've tried and given up,

Malaika, u may be right, but the question that comes up often is, How did you come into that family? is your step daughter's mother dead? i.e did she died b4 u came into that family? or you came to drive her away, now the reason for my question is that if u were the cause of the seperation bw the dad and mum, then dont ever expect her to be happy with you, except after sometime, she could decide to forgive and start a cordial relationship with u.

Please an Anty of mine has been suffering from partial stroke for about 5 years now, she has been to the hospitals for treatment though one part of her body is affected, but about a year ago, she started experiencing serious pains in that part of her body that was affected. She has taken all types of drugs but the pains keep increasing every day.
Please i really do need your help and response.

secondly, there is a friend of mine that has been suffering from an infection for about 4 yeas now, she coughs, brings out coloured mucus always, with little chest pain, congested throat, short breath once in a while, and the cough is contagious, she has been to verious hospitals for test like chest X-try, sputum test, blood test and others for more than four different occasions, nothing seem to be seen or discovered in the test that has been carried out. Doctor, please, i know u could be of help.

My dear brothers and sisters that are waiting on the lord for good job, i just want to encourage you to keep believing, keep waiting and keep praying, it will surely come to pass.

After my NYSC in 2004, i got a small job that i was managing with, i worked there for almost two years, with very little salary, at the same time, my fiance then , whom i have bn with for some years was also doing a job with very small salary. He just manage to get an appartment but we did all we could to make our wedding come to pass, it was not possible because of lack of money.

i kept on beleiving God and praying that surely a day will come that i will smile again. towards the end of last year we just decided to take the bull by the horn and do the wedding that we can afford by December 07. But as God would have it, in Oct, 07. i was called for an interview in a bank, then an interview, and was given a job, it was just like a dream. by december i was called again by an international consultancy firm which i had attended the interview earlier last year, i was given a job there, i quickly resigned from the bank and resume there.
God so favoured us during our wedding with monies, gift and so many other things. now three weeks after our wedding, that is this month, my husband that has been looking for a good job for over 5years now just got an offer with one of the best bank in Nigeria.

Honestly, God has been so good to me and i know that any one here that has read or heard of this testimony will also testify greater things than what God has just done for me.

Just believe and dont be tired of prayers for prayers accumulates, though it may tarry, but it shall come to pass in Jesus name.

no fever at all, it is contagious, i dont just know the course of the cough just started just like dat with some congestion bw the lower part of my throat and my chest, as though i dont breath very well, with chest and back pains , no loss of weight at all, no night sweat at all, i produce phlegm consistency for 3 years now, it is some how green/yellowish in color atimes and atimes colourless, have taken antibiotics tablets and injections, each time i take cold water it worsen it, i dont smoke, drink, or take drugs, and no other sickness or allergy.

Anxiously waiting for your reply.

Please i really need help urgently, i have had this cough for abt 3 years now, have bn to hospitals, carried out tests, done serveral chest xtray and nothing was found. I i have taken several powful antibiotics, yet its still pesisting.
