pls help, i bot a used laptop (hp dv6t 6b00 core i7 8gb ram windows8 64bit) from ebay. It has a dual video card(intels hd 3000 n amd radeon 6700m) but d problem is dat 1) it is only making use of intels hd 3000. Wen i check video adapter in device manager, the amd radeon shows 'device is not working properly' but wen i disable it n enable it again it shows 'device is working properly' but d system is still using intels hd 3000. 2) wen i want to make use of webcam, it shows 'no camera connected' n i can't locate webcam in device manager 3) my fingerprint censor though is showing in device manager is not working... It shows 'no fingerprint reader connected to d comper' 4) my microphone is not working but it is showing in device manager. 5) bluetooth is not working n i can't find it also in device manager. i discovered that d seller used c cleaner to wipe the system, could it be the cause, or is it the windows 8 operating system dat is causing d problem... Pls i need ur help |

rapthugx: U don't need d smart card align ur dish properly with the right TP and decoder u r good to go. Good luck.I connected my 4653x decoder to my neighbour's dish n it was showing but wen i tried installing mine the signal was only showing red. My dish is facing d same direction as my neighbours own. And here are my settings. The green showed wen i connected it to my neighbour's dish.

I recently bot a dish for my strong 4653x decorder, but before then i tested the decoder with a neighbour's dish and it was working perfectly. I tried installing mine with d dish facing exactly the same direction as my neighbour's dish and all d dish settings on d decoder were the same also, but when i scanned for channels, the indicator wudn't change to green... It was always showing red. Pls do i need to buy a smartcard b4 installing the dish or is there anything i haven't done well? |
oga jide abeg help o, i no fit browse again for dat my sim. Gprs is not showing on d sim but if i put anoda sim it will browse. I don call una agents tire but still no way. |

asudan: just relax,MTN will refund the money.probably it is network issueIts d relaxation dat is bringing the problem... I waited since 3rd of this mnth only for them to com n tell me that my moni was not deducted. |

I subscribed to 100hr data plan on the 2nd of august 2013 with the number 08139523622 and i was charged N5000 for it but when i checked my balance the following day i was told it has expired. Since dat day av called almost 15 different customer care agent n they confirmed that i was actually charged for it n promised to refund my money but they advised dat i should wait for some days because the application they wanted to use wasn't responding. So i waited, but wen i called back today, one stupid agent told me i wasn't charged for the 100hr plan...well I dnt want to talk much on this issue, you guys should help me beg mtn to refund my credit cos am about to do somtin stupid. |
