Only God will eventually judge,i find it hard to speak ill against the men of GOD as they claim but for me,i have no reason to believe this. I just see this prophecies like someone predicting not to lose. How can u say there will be problem in virtually all aspects of Nigerian life? are these guys trying to gain popularity or what? Dear primate, Nigeria is Gods own country,we certainly will go through hardship like any other nation but guess what? i still believe we will soon get it right,i don't know who will be president by then but for sure we will be fine sooner or later. As for deaths,its normal both,poor or rich will certainly die just as people continue to give birth. For bayelsa elections,you just didn't say anything but no problem though,we know either dickson or sylva will win,but as i said earlier,God will judge us all

Professor Itse Sagay has attracted the ire of former president Goodluck Jonathan over his statement that Jonathan should confess his involvement in the deal before he is arrested.

Sagay recently expressed his dismay at the level of corruption that took place during the administration of Goodluck Jonathan and has advised the former president to have a chat with President Muhammadu Buhari and confess all he knows.

But Jonathan in response to the calls for him to confess has faulted Sagay for acting contrary to the decorum expected of a learned scholar.

According to The Sun, the former president in a statement issued by Abubakar Sulaiman, his former minister of national planning stated that Sagay, who is the chairman of the presidential advisory committee on corruption, as a respected learned scholar ought to know that you “don’t hang a suspect on the pages of newspaper or via social media until he or she is found guilty by a court of competent jurisdiction”.

There have been calls for the probe of Goodluck Jonathan following the arrest of the immediate past national security adviser (NSA), Col. Sambo Dasuki (rtd) over the $2.1 billion arms deal scandal.

Recently, a former political adviser to the ex-president , Ahmed Gulak stated that his former boss cannot escape culpability for over the $2.1 billion arms deal fund.

Still on corruption probe, a senior advocate of Nigeria and Lagos based human right lawyer, Femi Falana has also mandated the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to commence investigation into the alleged diversion of $500 million of the $4 billion recovered from the family of the late military head of state, General Sani Abacha.

I am a young graduate who has been in the job market for under a year now but am yet to find nothing,though i have never thought of losing hope but some thoughts keep coming to my mind which i think i should share with this house so as to get proper advice from more experienced folks.This thought is the issue of pursuing a masters degree. As a person living in Nigeria,I watch and listen with interest as the february 14 presidential polls fast approaches. In the build up to this,there has been all sorts of intrigues,insults,blackmailing,findings,open challenges,accusations and counter accusations built around the two most popular aspirants (Goodluck Ebele Jonathan and General Muhammadu Buhari).
I dont think there will be any need running us through what has been going on because one way or the other,we have all played a role in this political calender either through social media interactions or heated arguments and discussions or even through attending paid rallies (lol).
On a more serious note,we all know that there are other presidential aspirants in this upcoming polls,My questions are:
1. Why doesnt anybody deem them worthy of mention ?
2. Does it mean they are not regarded as such oppositions ?
3. Does it mean that none of them is good enough to rule Nigeria ?
4. If yes,why have we practically ruled them out without giving them a chance ? Am i misssing something here? I thought this was suppose to be a Democratically inclined Nation ?
