Dr. Mrs Ngozi Okonjo Iweala becomes new WTO Boss. Details coming up shortly |
My father died on 23rd April in kano state as a result of this. All he needed was some drips. He was alive when he came but after rejection from three hospitals including navy hospital, he eventually gave up the ghost. Such a sad situation. Lost a very good man |
That guy wan Bleep |
Same thing here bro. They credit ur bet account immediately but getting ur money is another ball game. Sometimes u might be tempted to play again and lose again. Am leaving them for nairabet |
kabrud:Yeah, they control both but this issues doesnt occur with DSTV,why sell something of inferior quality with certain promises and assurances you know is not obtainable |
It is only in nigeria that certain things happen and nobody seems to care, probably because of the term" nigerians are used to hardship" I beg to disagree because we are a free nation with power and will to say Yes or No. My bitter ordeal lies with the scam called GOTV. When it will introduced, people like me were filled with joy because atleast it serves as an alternative to DSTV but i can say that ever since i have been clearly disappointed with their service ranging from poor network signal, constant missing channel and worst of all, poor customer tolerance. The latter is what i intend to really say so much about. My channels have been missing for more than two weeks now,i have tried every means possible in reaching out to them,be it facebook, twitter and what have you, they offer me non working solutions and when i push further, they ignore me. Yesterday,i found out i was disconnected,so i called to know why because to the best of my knowledge, they said october is free, their twitter handle replied me and said i wasnt eligible,if someone who has 4 decorders in different locations and have always subscribed for more than a year isnt eligible, who else will possibly be? I pressed further by sending then screenshots of my latest payments showing am so much up to date, they ignored me. This might seem as an unnecessary complaint but i think it becomes necessary as they need to know that nigerians are not fools, theres is no GOTV without customers, talk more of a loyal one. As it stands,i have lost confidence in them and i will surely share the feeling to others. |
kenboogie:Sadly No and unfortunately i think this problem is mostly wih those that received text messages. I sent email to the mail address on that page but am yet to get a feedback. This is just so sad |

Sometimes i cant help but imagine what goes in nigeria? Is there even a phrase called CONSUMER PROTECTION? MTN NIGERIA came with a data plan that goes for #500----750MB, after using it twice, suddenly they start giving 500MB for that same bundle plan, To crown it all, this evening,i got 150MB for same bundle plan. After series of calls to them and receiving varying and contradictory responses from their customer agents,am yet to get a my data nor refund, who knows how long this has been going on. No wonder,i keep exhausting my data,I cant rule away the fact that this has been going on for long. For me,they have lost a customer and i wont hesitate to keep sharing this message |
sutoboy:please post the link that you used to open the form and which browser did you use ? |
omolizzy:dont know why but ur email is bouncing. could u pls resend the mail address nd mk it clearer |
raystar96:A sister of mine told me about it sometime around early march,it was submitted at their branch offices i.e anyone close to ur location. It ended around March 11 shaa. i was lucky cos it was that last day i submitted,i even had to beg the branch manager to collect mine cos he insisted it was late. You cant imagine that even the customer care people i met there didnt know about the recruitment. Nigeria is just a funny place. Once just has to keep his or her ears on the ground always and also insist attimes cos if not for my persistence that day, they almost discharged me. |
Mikykris:DONE |

My worry is this, now am in umuahia where i have a rented apartment, anytime from now am supposed to resume work as an FCMB DSA staff and if this etisalat tin works that means i will be on my way to lagos for the tests and subsequently to resume work(thats if i scale through), In lagos i dont have accomodation but where i am,am a bit settled so i dont know what to do if i should just stop at this stage or take the bold step and go to lagos to seek possible options. Candid advice is needed. Thank u |
