I am thankful first to God for bringing me on this forum when it seemed like I had only one option ivf which doesn't come cheap. I had HSG done n d result said bilateral blocked tubes n fibroids d gyne said I had only one option ivf which I cudnt even consider cos of d cost, I started asking n reading thru the thread n saw testimonies with serrapeptases I bought it took it n God proved himself n blessed me with a BFP. Ah! And I asked them to track ovulation oh! With the scan, I just wanted to know if I have ovulated or not. I haven’t had any signs of ovulation yet and it’s day 19. I would get a tracker and track. Please, Is it possible to still ovulate after day 19? Thanks

Yes, it is possible to ovulate after CD19. It depends on your cycle length and sometimes, one can ovulate late. Ovulation day can vary in some cycles. Some do ovulate earlier while some do ovulate late.

It means your two ovaries are free from any defect. No cyst.
TVS is done to know the condition of your uterus and not to track ovulation. To track ovulation, folliculometry ie follicular tracking is required. Through follicular tracking, you will know if you've ovulated or not. You can also use ovulation predictor kits to pinpoint when you're likely to ovulate.

I would have advice based on my experience follow your doctor advice and research more on the drugs taken. Meanwhile, the questions below needs to be answered before I make comments:

What is your AMH?
Your age?
Are you still ovulating
Your husband sperm count
Are you planning natural conception or IUI or IVF

You can also learn one or two things from my past post or join TTC forum

All the questions required answer before I can say anything.

dont try clomid, till you get a clean bill of health, as per both tubes being open...to reduce the risk of ectopic pregnancy.ubiquinol and royal jelly is good for boosting egg production and ovulation, but if blocked tubes if your only ttc challenge, there is no need overstocking your system with all these plenty drugs

What I would advise is,in addition to whatever drugs,you are taking,do not underestimate the importance of drinking water, natural stuff like Vegetables,fruits. i.e cucumber,Okro.etc, eliminate sugary stuff from your diet and reduce your consumption of carbohydrates.

As for clomid,I have this phobia about it as regards fibroid regrowth,letrozole may just be okay but again if you do not want to self medicate,you can ask your gynae....

Pregnacare conception is good too,you can add it to your supplements.

Give yourself like three months for your body to recover before you can start trying, believe me it is necessary. Usually its six to 1 year that doctors recommend but sometimes due to age, the time may be shorten. Please do not start taking any chinese teas or serrapetase until after two months or at least after six weeks so as to be sure the wund has completely healed. Serrapetase though prevents scar formation, its also by the same mechanism does not allow the wound to heal quickly. You can after at least six weeks start taking raspberry tea instead, it helps strenghten the uterus. You husband can continue his medication while you heal so as to optimize the sperm. And at the right time , it will happen, no need to worry.
