Nigerian Journalist, Chris Ayo Joseph has apologized to Big Brother Naija housemate, Bisola for saying she is still a single mother because she's too hot-tempered, uses vulgar words too often and NO man in his right senses will want to live with a woman with such aggressive attitude.

"Lately, i've been receiving series of DMs from folks who are shock and disappointed that i can still campaign for BISOLA after coming hard on her in one of my previous post.
First things first, I'm human. We make mistakes everyday and we learn everyday. And its only wise we retrace our steps when we're going out of place. Having said that, i must really apologize to every woman/ single mother's out there who felt my previous write-up was just irrational and offensive.

Truly, i admit i was irrational, because there's no reason whatsoever to criticize someone for what they have or lack. Most especially if you don't know the struggles of them reaching that point.

And trust me, we all have flaws that we attempt to compensate for in various ways, but then it's only wise to allow people to live their own lives. If it has nothing to do with you, there should be no point in public opinion.

Lawal Kareem, who is reportedly the younger brother of Nollywood producer, Seun Egbegbe has been arrested alongside two others, Olalekan Yusuf, and Muyideen Shoyombo after they were implicated by Egbagbe, alleging that they took part in carrying out criminal activities with them.

Seun Egbegbe who was arrested with one Oyekan Ayomide in February for attempting to dupe Alhaji Isa Adamu pleaded not guilty to a 40-count charge when they were arraigned. They have since been held in prison custody as they were unable to perfect their bail condition.

Following the arrest of the three new suspect, the State Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department (SCIID) of the Lagos State Police Command on Monday presented an amended charge before Justice Oluremi Oguntoyinbo of the Federal High Court in Ikoyi, Lagos to enable the police to arraign the suspects arrested in connection with the criminal offenses levied against Olajide Oluwaseun Kareem, popularly known as Seun Egbegbe.

According to the amended charge sheet, the three were involved only in counts one and two, which accused them of conspiring to obtain the sum of N2,450,000 and 3,000 pounds sterling from one Alhaji Isa Adamu.

The offenses contravened the provisions of section 8 of the Advance Fee Fraud and Other Fraud Related Offences Act, 2006.

Kareem who spoke to reporters when he was paraded at the police command in Ikeja denied his involvement in his brother’s criminal acts, adding that Mr. Egbegbe only wanted to incriminate him.

He also said that Mr. Egbegbe sent him a text while in prison custody.

'On the day Seun was arrested at Ikeja, it was my boss that told me that he saw the story on Facebook and went to Area F to see him,' Mr. Kareem said.

'But after then, he was charged to court and I didn’t go to see him, only for me to receive an SMS from him saying that he heard I was partying while he was languishing in prison,” he added.

However, Seun Egbegbe still has an outstanding iPhone theft case, which was adjourned to sometime in April 2017.

Today's international friendly match between the Super Eagles and the Teranga Lions at the Hive Stadium in London may not be a make or mar encounter, however, it would go a long way in accessing certain players between both teams ahead of their 2019 Africa Cup of Nations and 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifiers later this year.



BLOODING IN YOUNG TALENTS

The Super Eagles will be using this encounter to evolve newly invited players such as Joel Bazee, Tyronne Ebuehi, Kayode Olarewaju and Isaac Success in to the team. Players such as Olarewaju and Success are not strange to Nigerians due to their familiarity with the Nigerian football; however, Bazee and Ebuehi, who are just having a taste of African football, will be hoping to adjust with the new system different from where they grew up (Holland and Germany respectively).

All the four players are expected to display an appreciative performance against Senegal that will convince the Super Eagles technical crew led by Gernot Rohr considering the fact that, the battle for regular shirt will be competitive.

SEARCH FOR NEW STRIKERS

Despite the team's impressive performance at the ongoing 2018 World Cup qualifiers, the senior national team have often struggle for goals because they don't have a potent striker like late Rashidi Yekini that regularly bang in goals for the team at will whenever he dons the green and white colours of Nigeria.

With the likes of Odion Ighalo and Brown Ideye failing to hit the height expected from the team, the decision of the technical crew to invite Hannover 96 striker, Joel Bazee, Kayode Olarewaju and Isaac Success could be a right decision, in the right direction.

Olarewaju has been banging the goals in the Autrian Bundesliga side Austrien Wien this ongoing season while Bazee and Success have shown great goal scoring potentials for Hannover 96 and Watford. If any of the above strikers eventually makes a dream debut by way of scoring against the Teranga Lions, then it would serve not just as a relief for the Rohr but also, create more option for him in the absence of Ighalo and Ideye.

CAN EZENWA AND AKPEYI DEPUTIZE FOR IKEME

Except Carl Ikeme pass a last minute fitness test, he may miss tonight's encounter against Senegal. The Wolverampton Wanderers goalkeeper, who has become an integral part of the team since the retirement of Vincent Enyeama had a slight knock, which could give way to Daniel Akpeyi and the only Nigeria Professional Football League goalkeeper, Ikechukwu Ezenwa to mane the goalpost.

Both goalkeepers have been impressive anytime they've been called upon to the team. Akpeyi was in goal when the Super Eagles defeated the Desert Foxes of Algeria 3-1 in Uyo last year in a 2018 World Cup qualifier and commanded a good performance.

BATTLE FOR PRIDE BETWEEN NIGERIA/SENEGAL

There is no doubt that the Super Eagles have dominated the Teranga Lions of Senegal having won eight, lost four and drawn three of their last 15 encounters in all competitions. The match may be considered as a friendly, however, the two teams knows that a win won't only help the confidence of the team both also, preserve their pride in the continent.

One encounter that most Nigerians won't forget with ease was the 2000 Africa Cup of Nations that was co-hosted by Nigeria/Ghana, where the Super Eagles needed the inspiration of 'super-sub' Julius Aghahowa to score two late goals after the Teranga Lions had taking the lead in the first half.

Nollywood legend Chiwetalu Agu will be showcasing his music talent with a new album.

The famous actor is set to release a music video album titled “Mr President”.

The album is said to reflect on the daily activities of the average Nigerian as a way of addressing the current spate of hardship in the country.


“Nigerians are suffering, there is hunger in the land and someone who is in speaking position has to say something about it. The song is not just about trolling politicians, but has other fun tracks that will make you dance, laugh and merry. It is an album for everyone” he said.

Kings Music Entertainment will be in charge of producing the 5-track music video album. The spokesperson for the management said it won’t be long before the music videos roll on TV stations and stores nationwide.
