Twitter suspends Trump's account just to douse the tension and violence in the U.S. Facebook also went as far as removing some inciting posts from their platform.

The same Twitter was fueling the protest in Nigeria by creating go fund me accounts to fund protesters in Nigeria just to burn Nigeria down. Facebook also refused to remove fake news in Nigeria from their platform. A lot of lies about somebody who died and the persons came out to debunk it.

This people do not like us at all. The high time we started using our heads, the better for us.
So they can take actions to protect their country but they created more problems for us.
Please note that I am not in any way in support of police brutality or SARS but the moment I sensed it has political undertone and international interference, I knew there was trouble.

Please don't discouraged yourself with what you saw on the internet. That salary structure you saw is as old as 2012 which have been reviewed like twice now.
Plus, if the new minimum wage is implemented, you will do just fine.
To the best of my knowledge, ND holders are not earning less than 70k monthly.
Don't also forget that you will also grow in ranks and steps.

ND holders are placed in COMPASS 6 as Assistant Inspector of Corps (AIC) same as NCE holders.

In the past, MSc holders are placed in COMPASS 9 a step ahead of BSc holders as (ASC), however, I doubt if such will be done in this recruitment.

SSCE holders with 5 credits and above will be placed in COMPASS 4 as Corps Assistant (CA)

Nce holders are placed in COMPASS 6 as Assistant Inspector of Corps (AIC).

Their next step will be COMPASS 7 as Inspector of corps (IC).

HND holders are placed in COMPASS 8 as Senior Inspector of Corps (SIC).

While Bsc holders are placed in COMPASS 8 as Assistant Superintendent of Corps 11 (ASC11).

The Nigerian Civil Defence has the same Salary Structure as Military Forces and Police in Nigeria because they all have a similar chain of command.

The salary structure of the NSCDC officers is based on the certificate/qualification one holds. For instance, HND Holders are placed on Level 7; Degree Holders are placed on Level 8, while Masters Holders are placed on Level 9. So you see the higher your level of education, the higher your rank. This is part of the reasons why education is very important.

Since the Civil Defence Corp is a paramilitary structure, the salary is determined by the Consolidated Paramilitary Salary Structure (CONPASS).

The table below shows the ranks, levels and annual basic salaries of civil servants in Nigeria from the lowest to the highest.

I saw the APL for the FFS guys who are currently in training. Senior Inspector of Fire (HND) will be earning 1,374,192.
Although I doubt if special consideration will be given to Msc holders in this recruitment, but if they do, God don do am be that.

The salary structure is actually an old one. It has been reviewed.

Well, I saw the APL of FFS for Senior inspector of fire CONPASS 8 and it's 1,374,192. Hence, ASC 11 will be a little bit higher than this while CONPASS 7 inspector cadre will be a little lower than this.
