Eisenhower: ; I have had similar experiences. When i was in year two in school, some ladies about four of them kept bugging me for sexual relation one after the other but i refused. My refusal came with a cost.they kept appearing to me during the day or night anytime i sleep. Sometimes they try to have sex with me. This ladies disturbed me till i joined a campus fellowship with fervent prayers before it stop. Afterwhich when they see me they will just look at me with scornfulness and derision.

RomanceRe: What Are The Reasons For High Level Of 30 Years+ Single Ladies In Nigeria? by trolling(m): 10:04pm On Mar 02, 2013
DailyNews: Reading through the comments on this thread now makes me feel more pity for the Nigerian single ladies, especially those above 30yrs, so pathetic the society demands so much from women, its well.

But guys, pls let's not put the whole blame on the ladies and be more realistic.

In a more realistic approach, d reasons for the rapidly increase in d no of single ladies include n not limited to:

1. Unemployment
2. There are lesser number of eligible bachelors due to my number one point, and this is why I wud advice any wise single lady to not only wait for that her presumed dream man and work towards building her own dream man, its very possible. So many ladies are waiting for a never-will-come dream man n age keep kicking on them, build ur own dream man just as u built ur own business n career n be happy.

3. Unequal gender population- there are greater number of eligible spinsters than bachelors

4. Over hyping- some ladies over-hype themselves unknowingly and in d process scare away responsible men, so try n tone down. Observe ur environment n blend in n stop over-hyping urself cos it may scare potential suitors

5. Nigerian guys now have marriage phobia- guys are afraid that the lady they may end up marrying may not be submissive due to over-adoption and acceptance of western culture. Some are afraid the lady may end up not being a good mother to their kids. And some ladies created dis phobia in d name of being career-driven n all of those usual excuses.

Imagine single ladies of Nigerian origin arguing and saying publicly that their husbands shud be cooking for them, washing, doing house chores, in Nigerian marriage settinghuh Pls o wake up, this is Nigeria o! So Adenuga, Dangote, Nneji, ABC Orjiakor, just to name but a few shud be cooking and cleaning house for their wives to answer romantic and wonderful husbandshuh Na wa o...sorry to say this- the desire to eat good food prepared by someone I cherish is one of d things that makes me miss marriage n of course, d lovely, stubborn lively kids toosmiley

In all, our ladies shud pls try and be more realistic than dreamy. We are not saying that Nigerian guys are all saints, nope, men of course are cunning, so learn to deal with them n get the best out of life.

I know it hurts reading some of d male comments as a single lady, be strong, its well ok?
i too gbadun your comment...nice one

pro01: I couldn't help liking this comment - simply because it is near-perfect in validity. Bottomline is that both rich girls and poor girls (and every girl in-between) are chasing the same limited pool of 'eligible' men, and each one is 'believing God' that settling for less is not her portion. The result can only be chaos. Excess demand + limited supply = ?.
equals scarcity of eligible men

Chomzy19: it is a treasure, it's not easy resisitin temptation n keepin ur virginity, standing above the crowd, if u hd kept urs u will know but Alas u will neva know d feeling
ok its a treasure but whose tresure is it? ok i guess you'll say yours but you know what, those tresure is to be bought by a man this is why we pay dowries,so dont put your virginity on a pedestal.so give your treaure to someone who wants to marry you and god fearing and dont put your virginity over a man, becus some virgin allow the pride of their virginity to get them haughty before a man like their poo dont stink.so who wants to marry a virgin who is haughty or thinks a man should adore her because she's a virgin,a virgin is a treasure to be bought.

Virgin Finder: God's original plan was for a man to deflower his wife.

In the bible times, any man who didn't deflower his wife was permitted by God to seek the one who deflowered his wife and request for damages. And the culprit was obliged to pay.

Marrying a virgin comes with advantages all the way.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with it.
so should her virginity be what she esteems or getting a good man?

byvan: I never believed in anything like the paranormal eg demons, ghost, clairvoyance and the likes until something strange happened to me.

It was my first year in Madonna university, the bid to find a suitable hostel was a cumbersome task.I was changed from one room to another, from St theresa hostel and finally to madonna hostel.

As I settled down into my new room,I can't help but like some of my room mates who were extremely funny.Their is this girl from Rivers State that was unusually smitten by me,she always stare at me with a silly sort of smile. She nibbles at foods like a rat I did not hesitate to name her RATUS.

This very day,i decided to ask Ratus why she love to stare at me,she simply said"I did be obscessively in love with you if you were a guy. There something about your lips when you talk......."I didn't hesitate to shout "heeeeheeeee!!!Nwa ikwere asikwa na ogini??(What is this Ikwerre girl talking about). We laughed it off but that was the begining of the theme of this story.

The attacks began, bodiless hands started touching me at night, even with my eyes open.It stops once I turn to the direction the touch is coming from.Silly me,instead of praying,I told my room mates about it and everyone claimed its strange. It kept repeating the subsequent nights and the touching was getting too intense. Each time I open my eyes,I keep feeling the hands till I turn over.I attempted so many times to grab this hands but couldn't.

It was getting out of hand,I had to go home.I was scared that I might loose my maidenhood to the probing hands of this Phantom. The night I got home, the attack has graduated to suffocation,I gagged and screamed jesus. This time it was like having multiple dreams,I kept waking only to realise am still in a dream. The wakings were upto seven times before my attacker showed her face.it was an naked female with a rubber like head that will remind you off a doll baby. Her dolly hair was shinning with light and her mouth was wide open in aggression.Still in dreams,we started fighting.I was praying and tearing her face apart, her head exploded into light and I woke up shaking feverishly.

This was the last I ever felt the strange hands.I left Madonna University to a federal uni.I had another weird experience as a teenager but am tired of typing for now.

Our dear scientists, I hope you come up with a name for this,A name like Sleep sexualizia"A condition where the brain makes love to the body to prevent the body from going into shock due to sex deprivation blah blah blah....".To me,its purely spiritual(I don't know for sure if the Rivers girl is responsible for this but....).
i guess she manifested herself to u in a dream,i've heard of somebody saying they'll send "somebody" to someone in a dream...its obvious that the lady is familiar with an unclean Spirit i.e a demon

For there is a man whose labour is in wisdom, and in knowledge, and in equity; yet to a man that hath not laboured therein shall he leave it for his portion. This also is vanity and a great evil(second death).Ecc 2:21
Here lies your answer the fact of the matter is this some people labour for vanity and wii reap vanity and those who have laboured and served their Creator will leave forever, they will never die,it all depends on whom or what you labour for.

i know a lady who had some suitors but she kept putting them hold with her supposed career...some put their career before a good man, they wanna "accomplish" before marriage but when u look back in those days our women didnt put education or career before their suitors as long as the man could pay the dowry and take care of her she married him and assisted her husband in his business.like somebody said they need re-orientation from the ways of the world

Cain was "marked" or "preserved" for perdition just as Peter said Yah reserves ungogly for wrath(paraphrasing). You should understand that we as humans are convicted in our heart when we sin,Cain knew what he did merited death, so he spoke in future sense because he knew within himself that he would be killed for his sin against Abel by humans in his lifetime ,if you go back and read about Lamech who had two wives,he also said he would be visited seven fold because had wounded a man to his hurt(paraphrasing).
You can call it incest because if that didnt happen then how would Adam multiply,we wouldnt be here today but when we were given our constituton at Mr Horeb, we were instructed not reveal the neaknedness of our kin.
