For many companies of the world, American consumers are their major targets. From Toyota to Blackberry(before) to Hyundai to Samsung and the list is very long, their American market is key to their success. The pauperisation (my word) of the USA will have great effect on these companies and will turn their profits to losses, which in turn will lead to lay offs in their home countries, worsening the unemployment situation in these countries. . The same goes for American companies such as Apple and Googke and the rest. A fall in chinese income wilk reduce demand for their products. Sad but true.

Well, if I'm shot in the United States, I or the nearest person will call 911. An emergency dispatch operator will answer the call, take all necessary details, and dispatch an ambulance to my location. Paramedics will get to the scene within minutes and gently put me on a gurney, keeping my spine aligned, and check my vital signs. They will load me into the ambulance and hook me to oxygen and start treating my wounds. They will drive me to the nearest trauma hospital on smooth roads, sirens blaring so that cars clear the way. When the surgery is completed and all goes well, I will be sent to the post-anesthesia care unit (PACU), where PACU nurses will monitor my vital signs and body reactions as the sedatives wear off. Depending on my condition, I will either be transferred to the intensive care unit (ICU) until I'm no longer in critical condition, or they will brief me about post-operative care and discharge me from the hospital.
