Supreme Court still needs to explain whether it's an individual or d political party that wins an election. In d case of Amaechi vs Omehia part of why Amaechi became d governor was because it was argued at that time that it was PDP that won d election if not one wud v expected d second party/candidate with d highest total vote cast to have been declared winner and by so doing d party that refused to clean her house in order during gubernatorial primaries will lick their wounds.

it means that he deposits the money with court so that in the event that he runs away the Court takes possession of the money and hold the sureties responsible till they are able to provide him.

Nigerians are the most ignorant set of human beings on earth. No Nigerian musician has a net worth of 500 million and that includes Tuface. Even Jay Jay Okocha dont have a net worth of one billion naira. These people are hustlers who get a regular inflow of cash. They are very far from being wealthy.
