He has only 2000 plus in his account and will give you 2000 from it… so what will he be left with?
Thats why they wanted him to state it expressly because it does not make sense.
thing is that’s what he makes every month , so can we reapply and use a lesser amount I.e 1000 to sponsor me and the remaining 1000 will be left for him, is that feasible sir

Africankel:

It's quite straightforward, let your sponsor expressly state that he's willing to sponsor you with the said amount, and also attached his account statement with sufficient funds.
the only mistake was that he didn’t state the amount on the invitation letter , but he expressly stated that he will bear the cost for my feeding , accommodation and all other expenses , he also attached his 4 months back statetement with 2000+ Closing balance

Hello boss, aw far your application, have you gotten your passport?? If not I would advice you visit TLS you can't say your passport and visa might just be sitting there waiting for you ✌️✌️[/ the guy has suddenly disappeared, maybe he got the visa and he’s trying to rush up for preparation for his exam on 26th . But at least he could still update us ,not saying he is obligated to though .

Let me give you a clue for those who there visas will be granted, after you submit your application, TLS will send an email saying your application has now been transferred to Ukvi for decision making, another email will come from Ukvi that your application is received and been prepared for decisions making, then another email from Ukvi days after that your application is been prepared for consideration if you get emails in this order your application will be granted, but start making sure all your contacts are in order because this is the period they will start calling your company etc

But if you only get one message from TLS and one from UKvi I am sorry you might be refused
this is somewhat flimsy (no offense), kindly back your claims up with strong and factual evidences .

Advise on supporting documents for Global Talent visa application

I have 5 dependants but intend to travel alone. On the visa application website, only the following were mentioned as required documents
- Int’l Passport
- Endorsement Letter
-TB Certificate

I’m thinking will this queens death put a halt to visa processing , since there will be public holidays in Uk

However, upon completing my application and paying IHS and visa fees, a checklist was of required documents for my visa appointment was generated but none of the documents above were mentioned (although there are blank space for me to list additional documents I wish to provide).
The documents listed on the check list are:

1. Information about your visit
Documents showing any plans you have made, such as: tour details / flight details / letter of invitation / evidence of sponsor's immigration status in the UK

2. Home address
Documents showing where you live, such as:
Property deed / mortgage statements / tenancy agreements / accountant's letters / land registration documents

3. Money (either income or savings) Documents such as:
Bank statements / bank books / bank letter / balance certificate / tax returns / crop receipts

4. Evidence of assets
Documents showing that you own property or land, such as:
Property deed / mortgage statements / accountant's letters / land registration documents

5. Additional Information
Evidence of family members remaining in your home country whilst you travel.

Keeping in mind that it is a global talent visa application where I already have endorsement, are these documents listed on the checklist compulsory for me or should I just stick to the three mentioned during my application?

Moreover, what type of documents do I need to for items 1 to 5 in the checklist?

I have my appointment booked for 13th September

Read through this thread to learn about people whose applications were successful and the kinds of
documentation they submitted with their applications.

Concerning the minimum account statement required. Make sure you have a healthy account balance
that is more than enough to cover your trip expenses. For instance, if your vacation cost is 800k, I would
suggest that any amount in your account over 2 million is good.
but what if somebody over there eg a close relative or family member is sponsoring the trip

Well your home ties would be a factor, thou u stated u are working so that will suffice, also if married it would be a knockout for ECO. You can file your statement with 300k and your monthly expenditure to 40k as single 70k as married, since your offshore sponsor got you covered. I would advise you go through this thread from beginning to learn more on documents he will provide. All the best in your quest
I’m actually not married, I’m still very much single .

Hi guys, I have TLS appointment this coming Friday in VI

However, I’m applying through the visiting route, my brother in the UK would be sponsoring me fully, he has provided all relating documents like his residency permit , his bank statements and invitation letter

I just want to know what my chances are , although I don’t earn much here in Nigeria (100-150k) as I was also asked to provide my bank statement for funds accessible by me . It would be fully stated in the letter that my brother is sponsoring me .

Try and reach CBN.
I don't know why, but I do not really believe in all these so called institutions of government , I saw that circular about reporting to CBN and all of that , I have tried them once or twice without getting any response which reaffirms my belief that most of these government institutions are redundant and do not reflect the true values on which they stand on.
Nairaland / General / Illicit And Illegal Deductions From Gt Bank by truffle: 5:46pm On Apr 26, 2022
Hi Guys, hope we are having a good evening .

So sorry to bother you all out here, this might seem petty, but I have to get this off my chest. Is it just me or is any other person experiencing this , the rate at which GT bank deducts unwarranted charges from my account this days is alarming, most times I don't even see what the deductions are for, I just notice that my money has reduced by some naira. Kindly let me highlight the problems I have been facing with GT bank lately

1. Anytime I withdraw from an ATM that is not GT bank's (bear In mind, the closest ATM to my house is an access bank ATM), I get charged N35 , now I know this is normal but is it supposed to be for every transaction because the last I remembered it's supposed to be after the fourth withdrawal. I can withdraw up to 3 or four times a day because of the nature of my business, and every time I do I get charged N35 which I think is not fair, somebody kindly educate me on this , because it's either GT bank is playing pranks or something is wrong somewhere

2 .on the 11th of April , I used this same access bank ATM close to my house where I wanted to withdraw some money (about N3000), I slotted in my card and inputted the usual pin/ code, after some time , the ATM replied with an error message which I can't remember correctly now, afterwards I noticed that I had been debited whereas I couldn't get any money, I tried to wait at the ATM point for like 5 minutes to see if it will bring out any money ( just incase it dispenses and soembody else doesn't pick up my money) it didn't yield and so I left, since that day till now I have complained , yet I have not been able to get my money back .

I dont know if this is peculiar to GT bank or users of other banks experience this too.

However, if this is the normal modus operandi, then it is pure inhumanity to man , bearing this hard economic dispensation we are in right now , financial institutions are still making our lives miserable to enrich their own pockets, then they deserve to suffer for this.

Mods kindly help push to front page because quite a lot of people are facing this issue but can't come out to speak , as it is always being swept under the carpet .

And also if this accusations have plausible explanations to them, I'm very open to being educated.

Once again so sorry to disturb this space . Have a good evening you all.
