submitted since June 29th for my kids and nothing has been uopdated not even their upfront medical which was done on 19th July. Also, is it normal to have background check not applicable ?

Its actually my first time here and after reading through some pages, I must commend the efforts of great guys on this platform. I have a serious concern and I need ideas of gurus here. I worked with a local partner of one of the multinationals in Germany few years back and i was even in Germany for training at different times before leaving the local partner company here in Nigeria. Just few weeks back, an advert was placed on LinkedIn for a position in Germany and I reached out to few directors that are on my connection with each one of them promising to give me a reference that I should go ahead and apply. Now my major worry is this, they needed to fill the position within the shortest period and my chances are very high of getting this job. Will I be able to secure a working visa within few months if eventually considered?
Have gotten series of this kind opportunities in USA but the fact that I was outside the country then deprived me of those opportunities.
PLS, what are my chances of getting visa approved with reference from a top company in Germany?

Updated biometric same day it was done

@Bobmaigida,justwise, kindly educate more on this. Submitted First bank MBS for duration of (dec 1 to April 20) here I have 80% of the POF and 1 year MBS of GTB reaon being that there was changed in salary account due to job transitions. My concern is this, first bank is actually dec -march (4months) but in days it's not a complete 4 months. Anything to be worried about as I hv submitted the application?

NOPE! I did mine on 13th I saw some pple bringing in colored copies some of them were even telling me it has to be colored. But I approached the officials and asked, they said it can be any of d two, most important thing is just have photocopies of the required documents. So black&white is very accepted don’t let pple Mk u panic

Your application can't be treated until u do ur biometric and your passport photocopies has to be in coloured with ur email and number written below ..Just do the copies from home cos the price at the center wud humble you.

Is it true that all must be coloured copies. I already printed black and white pls someone should pls confirm this to me.
Also, is it possible for application to be treated despite not done biometric yet as I noticed my application is already under background check.

To the best of my understanding, if truly the lumpsum is from your salary account, you dont need to wait till May. What you need to do is to provide proofs such as Payslip of how the money come up to be rather than delaying your application. then you give detailed explanation that the money was moved from your salary account to personal account by probably showing that portion from your salary account as it was transfered.

You can add the Statement of Account with good cash flow to the 3-month-old account, but bear in mind that the loan and any deposit in this recently opened account will be scrutinized. It's not the best situation because the VO could be thinking if the change of account has something to do with account inflation, especially if you have never had a balance of 6M in both accounts. Note that good cashflows without a substantial balance do not equate to financial buoyancy. So, a well-written SoP providing a detailed explanation of the transactions, salary and reason for the change of salary account will be vital.

Thanks so much for your response. I so much appreciated it. As I mentioned earlier, all the funds in this new and old account came from my salary with a payslip to back it up. I only picked up that loan to augment the required POF. Everything about the new account is legit but am just worried that using 3 months' SOA while IRCC stated min of 4 months will not be a stumbling stone towards my consideration. Also, even with my old account, I never at anytime leave a 6 million balance in my account as I always have one or two things to invest money on. So how do you reason this? on average, my salary is about a million and with other allowances, it sometimes shoots to 1.5M in a month. I also had a conversation with the company accountant stating reasons why I needed to change my salary account to this new one, I planned to add all of these to my applications as well. Your kind advice will be appreciated

When I received my LOA, I needed to raise funds so< i obtained a loan of 2 million from a bank and was enforced to use their own account whereby, I won't be able to move the money to my salary account which I accepted. I converted this new account to my salary account with my 13th month and December salaries paid into this account ( both values roughly 2 million).

I have paid my full tuition for the 1 year and only needed about 5 million for my living expenses and Miscellaneous.
By ending of this month, I will be able to raise the remaining part of the money but by Feb which I plan to submit my application, the new account will only be 3 months by then. Can I use 3 months' SOA with the majority of my POF and add my previous salary account SOA already printed for a whole year showing 18.9M inflow and 18.3M outflow?

NOTE:
