Then I pity u and your manner of understanding spoken English. So u didn't smell sarcasm in Trump's statement?...Trump meant it and of course he's mocking us. Do u think these leaders don't know what obtains here? Trust me, they know. The world is now a global village and there are satellites too. Social media is there. They have their citizens here, Nigerians are abroad. So everyone knows. They have Google Earth. The World knows we are beggars,they know we are suffering, they know our president is cloned (or something is unusual)...so be there and be thinking Trump didn't mock or insult us.

Before the list was released, why didn't the president's aide confirm from all the states of the federation if everyone is alive? It has happened before when 5 dead people's names were wrongly put on the list! And we saw the backlash they received. They should have avoided it this time. What's wrong in calling all the nominees to know their whereabout or doing stuff to checkmate the exercise in order to avoid these incessant embarrassment upon embarrassment? Sorry bro/sis, let’s give the right info sir, nobody does live broadcast....you can only have live press conferences...you can make confirmation from any government house reporter....moreover, press houses are given speeches ahead to enable them study and familiarize before the speech (for reportage and analysis sake), however, it comes with instruction to remain confidential until the speech is broadcast....you can also confirm that from any professional in the field....lastly, speeches of MDs of small companies are written by their staff...not to talk of governors or presidents.....executive don’t have time to write speeches...there is a reason why all government houses have speech writers.....and if we need to know, most books are not written by the authors....there are professional writers who translate your ideas into books or speeches....this is not for argument sake but for proper information and knowledge

I disagree with u. Even if they don't write their speeches, what about adding input?ideas? People vote leaders in, to better their lives, to bring ideas, to reason out of the box. I have worked with writers who wrote their books themselves and gave to others to edit. Dont say what u don't know. At least the president should have told them his decisions and what he wants.
