RIVERS STATE LOCAL GOVERNMENT STAFF RECEIVE FEBRUARY SALARY AND IMPLEMENTATION OF GOVERNOR SIMINALAYI FUBARA'S 85,000 NAIRA MINIMUM WAGE DIRECTIVE, AMIDST FALSEHOOD FROM SOME MISGUIDED, NEVER DO WELL AND MISINFORMED WIKED CHARLATANS. By Ezebunwo Ichemati. Whenever I see some ignorance Laden posts with heavy coloration of self induced stupidity, I weep for some wiked youths in Rivers State, reasons why some of them will only settle for cheap data giveaways from their slave masters. If not for foolishness ably contracted from WhatsApp group directives, why would anyone in their right senses conceive that the February Salary of Rivers State Local government staff was deliberately seized by the immediate past former chairmen whose elections were nullified by the Supreme Court, when in reality it was a nationwide disagreement between ALGON National and the federal Government, that affected the 36 States in the Nigeria 🇳🇬 and Abuja the capital. I speak as an authority armed with the relevant information, hence my strong postulation, one that can be supported by genuine staff of the the Local Government Areas. Local Government staff, weren't owed by the instrumentality of any Chairman or Governor Sim, rather the salaries of February was held nationwide by the federal Government due to minor disagreement that has long been settled and same has been released to the 774 Local Government Areas in the Country. However, by the previous directives of the Rivers State Governor, Sir Siminalayi Fubara before his unconstitutional suspension, the 85,000 Naira Minimum wage he initiated has been implemented & paid, making Rivers State Local Government Staff the first in the country to be beneficiaries of the new minimum wage, all thanks to GOVERNOR SIM. It is noteworthy to State that, the current SOLE ADMINISTRATOR of Rivers State upon assumption, only approved the payment of March Salaries for the Rivers State Local Government Staff, because that of February and it's attendant benefits of 85,000 Naira Minimum wage had already been approved by GOVERNOR SIMINALAYI FUBARA of Rivers State. The Good thing here is that both the wives of politicians, sisters, brothers, friends, boys, Data boys and family members of those against Governor Sim are benefiting from the implementation of the Governor's Minimum wage directive at the Local Government level and even the promotion directive he gave that has long been implemented. To those who ignorantly celebrated the seizure of the State's allocation, even though it never affected that of the Local Government, Imagine if this particular salary paid you was also seized, Imagine the devastating impact it'll have in your lives and expenditure as a result of your ignorance and witless celebration. Even if them tell you to post rubbish, as person wey get brain you too follow dey show how inactive your brain dey. ~ Ezebunwo Ichemati ~ https://www.facebook.com/share/p/166LhmefSN/?mibextid=WC7FNe |
Fubara the best Rivers State governor in the history of Rivers State |
1). Apart from Rivers State being the first in Nigeria to pay the new minimum wage of ₦85,000 to LGA staff, as approved by Governor Siminalayi Fubara in February, His Excellency has, in just two years, cleared five years of unpaid promotion arrears inherited from the previous administration. 2). Sir Fubara also approved pending promotions for over 10,000 workers and introduced an annual promotion timeline to restore dignity and motivation in the civil service. 3). He settled eight months of unpaid salaries for teachers and LGA workers. 4). Additionally, he released ₦25 billion to offset pension arrears for retirees. 5). Every year, Governor Fubara has consistently paid a ₦100,000 Christmas bonus to civil servants and pensioners. Sir Fubara has given governance a human face. Truly, it has never been this good for the people of Rivers State. #reinstateourpeaceicon #BringBackFubara https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1956T6Z2m1/?mibextid=WC7FNe

Asonaijaaso:fubara will be reinstated back to his office post. All hands are on deck. Impeachment threat will never hold any water. |
PandoraObi:he only has one vote. He can speak for himself and not the entire house of Assembly |
Gajagojo:ok |
There are strong indications that the National Assembly is planning to use a voice vote instead of the constitutionally required two-thirds majority to decide on the proposed state of emergency in Rivers State. This move contradicts Section 305, Paragraph 6(b) of the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, which explicitly mandates a two-thirds majority vote for the approval of a state of emergency. The alleged plan has sparked concerns about the legality and transparency of the process, raising questions about whether due process will be followed. Bypassing the constitutional provision through a voice vote could set a dangerous precedent and undermine democratic principles. Meanwhile, key stakeholders are closely monitoring the situation as the Senate prepares to deliberate on the matter. More details to follow. |
