Naughtysite:Did Lagos IGR fall from Heaven? Didnt the government buckle up to ensure the state was independent of Federal ALlocation? Infact that is one of Fashola's projects. |
Begging for forgiveness after depleting the country's reserves to the pint when it has become a herculean task to pay fuel marketers. Begging for forgiveness when you knew of the fuel subsidy scams and people involved and you turned a blind eye. Begging for forgiveness when you sold PHCN to your friends and people who you couild not coerce into providing top notch services. Begging for forgiveness when naira has depreciated. Begging for forgiveness after power supply is more erratic than ever before. Begging for forgiveness after enriching militants and still not developing the Niger Delta. Begging for forgiveness when you watched your wife lavish money and waste resources of this country, causing terror and confusion when she wasnt even supposed to have such influence in the first place. Begging for forgiveness when you opened your eyes and waited for militants and terrorists to kidnap girls and women over and over again with no concrete plans to halt them in their tracks and rescuse them before they could get far. It was Malala that got you to do something about it. Begging for forgiveness when you removed subsidy partially and the money you promised to use to provide essential services as palliatives that never came. Begging for forgiveness when you opened your eyes and let your ministers especially Dieziani live and feed on the resources that could have been used to better the lots of many other Nigerians. Keep begging. Beg wey no reach anywhere for your mind. |
May God spare Jagaban's life. As hard as it might be for anyone to accept it, leave the picking and instalation of officials to him, he always does a good job at picking serious and capable people. The others vying for position........no comment |
Kai. See reverse psychology. My number is ... |
Very sad. |
The caption of this thread is so unrelated to what you are talking about. What is the good in the write up? What is the bad? What is the ugly? |
UrennaNkoli:Lol. PDP is the most hypocritical gathering of human beings ever in the course of human endeavour |
Because they got married for the right reasons then. Now, publicity and materialism and misplaced priorities are taking sway. From the time the guy proposes it is on bbm, fb, instagram, twitter, flicker, you tube, bella naija, nairaland, linda ikeji, etc, then the pressure mounts. They get married and realise the realities of marriage are different from all the silverbird romance they were doing before. Many people hardly took time out to learn the ropes and study the basics and just got married, then later on in life...wahala. Also the prevalence of babes who do not want to start up with a guy is one of the problems. In the past, our folks would say we could not afford to pay the first rent or we didnt have anything, we did this together, then they grew into wealth together. Now, if the guy yam never done, babe nor go follow am. Hardly do they want to start, they want to enter ready made life. There is more to life than that. When or if he ever hits tough times many wives find it hard to cope. |
HIGHESTPOPORI:No I'm not. |
HIGHESTPOPORI:Yes you are! |
HIGHESTPOPORI:No i'm not. |
owobokiri:If you had gone to his village to conduct objective investigations you would come here and start your sentence with "I bet" because that shows that you dont know for sure what you are saying. |
MuguliciousMUGU:Which kain naursery school story be dis one? |
HIGHESTPOPORI:You're not even worth responding to. People like you are just a waste. |
ellguapo:Lol. Yes o. But many have forgotten where they stood back then. |
HIGHESTPOPORI:iiI dont think APC is complaining. It's just the thought behind the changing of the date unjustifiably that is condemnable. |
Macelliot:I am entitled to my opinion. Besides didnt you see the thread on the so called "beautiful" Umuahia? |
My brothers and sisters do you see why God is above man? When God places you in a position of authority He holds you accountable. Human eyes and wisdom can never see the future or how everything will play out. But God always is light years ahead of us. When Sanusi was CBN Governor and he raised this issue, he was greatly humiliated. A respectable person dragged on the floor. Then sacked. I work in a bank and people condemned him. I would ask them, "If money is not missing would he say money was missing?" and everyone would dismiss the point. This was the BLOODY CBN GOVERNOR for God's sake. If he doesnt see these things is it you that doesnt know about the internal workings that should pass judgement on him? He knew what he was saying and he blew the whistle as he was expected to. Then God gave him his life's dream and he became Emir of Kano, something he had always wanted to be even above CBN Governor. Then God surprised Jonathan and he was booted out by the Nigerian people. The PwC came out to give more details showing that hey...we are not saying that $20bn isnt missing o. PDP is in shambles, Jonathan is scared, his friends are jettisoning him. Lets see how things go from here on. Thank you. |
South East and South South politicians are never able to stay and weather the storm in the opposition. Why not stay and reform the PDP. |
I have had one before and I came to realise the reason after I overcame the feeling and it is simple. Many times when we love someone, we tend to throw caution to the wind and put in everything into the relationship. While this in itself is not a bad thing, you are responsible for your own safety and balance of mind. You should not let yourself go so much that you ignore certain signs, traits and differences between you guys. Also, many times we tend to feel the other person cannot do without us because of high sense of self or because you think because the person loves you so much he/she wont leave you. The key to overcoming heartbreaks is to know that the person you are dating is not Jesus. People change, people leave, people betray, people get fed up, people see better options, people move on for good or bad reasons. Only Jesus stays. You have the responsibility to protect yourself by not letting yourself be consumed so much by what you feel that it beclouds your reasoning and also you have the responsibility to be a good person who within the circumstances is a good partner to your guy or babe so that when the break comes (if it comes), the feeling of justification will be a soothing balm. |
Many of you asking who sent them message and condeming the women are just funny and that is the problem we have in Nigeria. No sense of collective responsibility. "It is not my business so I wont do anything about it". Why would a meeting/election that is supposed to happen in July be moved back to May because Patience Jonathan is leaving? Is she above the organisation and all other first ladies in Africa? |
I hear you but you failed to provide convincing arguments. While these are valid, its not enough to suddenly conclude. If not you would just suspect every babe then. |
Not bad, but you didnt post pictures of the building itself. |
Macelliot:I dont have a problem. Why? Do you? |
Now I can confirm that many of you on Nairaland do not know what real beauty is. What about PH distinguishes it as a city with architectural masterpieces? Am I not from PH again? That's how one clown yesterday put pictures of Umuahia up and people were gushing about a beauty that was non-existent. Rubbish. |
She had better calm down. |
Why would you say this hotel will be amongst the best in Africa? This structure isnt awe inspiring and it is the same generic and cheap aluminium cladding everywhere now. |
