Your post is not unusual or the story uncommon. We do get many who call or write in with similar rash which have also defied antibiotic therapy.
In such cases, we begin to think of other causes of genital rash. VIRAL CAUSES.
My advice is that you and your boyfriend stop TOUCHING it as you will further spread it and transmit to yourself.
There is an increase in Human Papilloma Virus and GENITAL WARTS in sexually active ppl at the moment. And some are even getting it in the mouth through MouthAction.
Take yourselves to a STI/G.U.M clinic
Make sure you do not have MouthAction for now.

As a female you should also be vaccinated against HPV, whether your boyfriend has it or not.

Am so gratful for the reply so far.I did three kind of test. I shall list them out and the result of each of test. :URINE(yielded moderate growth of Staph.anrens after 24hrs of incubation at 37 'oc.) the second test was HVS-MICRO (pus cells-0-2hpf Epith cells-(H) , yeast cell-H, T.vaginalis -NEY. The third test was called Culture( yielded moderate growth of Candida albican and Scanty Staph.anreus After 24hrs incubation at 37'oc) i hope the doctor knws wht the actual spelling especially (annens,and albican).Thanks

Many thanks poster for confirming that you DID do tests and have the results. When you say T.vaginalis -NEY, do u mean it was NEGATIVE ?
The correct terms are
''Staph. aureus'' and ''Candida albicans''
It appears the peflacine was prescribed for the staph infection and the nizoral and cream for the candida. Staph can manifest as a yellowish discharge so I dont think your Dr was wrong by saying the drugs are ''washing out'' the infection when the discharge turned white. Since youve already started on the drugs its best you complete the doses. But if the infection persists afterwards, it may mean you have a resistant infection. In the meantime follow your current treatment plan.

Youve left out a some important detail.
Was any High Vaginal Swab or even a urine test done ?
If yes, what was the organism(s) Isolated ?
From the list of medications you mentioned, it appears you were being treated for both bacterial and fungal infections.
Peflacine is ususally given for gram -ve and +ve
bacterial infection.
Nizoral , sebrastren cream are both antifungal medication.
Im sorry but without telling us what specific organism you were being treated for or without a recent microbioloby lab report, its unlikely you can get any effective treatment.

The Differential Diagnoses for a whitish vaginal discharge:
- Candidiasis
- Leukorrhoea (physiological/pathological)
- Chlamydia infection
- Bacterial Vaginosis (various forms)
When trying to describe vaginal discharge, try to characterise it better. You should be able to say:
- If it has an odour (very important)
- Causes Itching
- If its worse before or after your period
- Consistency, is it cheesy or watery ?
- Pain associated with the discharge
- etc
This is how you can help a dr arrive at the cause and treatment of the discharge.

How did u get the oesophageal ulcer in the first place ?
Indeed, u may need surgery to prevent formation of a fistula with adjacent organs like the trachea. Surgery may also be required so that biopsy of the ulcer can be made to rule out malignancy. I personally had a similar oesophagial problem which i rectified using medication without surgery but then i knew it wasnt malignant. I think u should have the surgery done.

Have you heard about diabetes insipidus ?
It is caused by a shortage of vasopressin or Anti-diurectic hormone. The Urine produced is not sweet and cannot be treated with regular anti-diabetic drugs like insulin.

That youve had this pain for 2 years should be a major cause for concern. See an otolaryntologist (ENT Surgeon) who has the skill and tools to inspect your larynx, if it is actually the larynx harbouring the problem.
He/She would be able to rule out any benign growths e.g polyps as well as more serious cancerous growths.
Dont further delay in doing this.

Have you ruled out the possibiliy of parasitic infection ?
The Pinworm, E. Vermicularis crawls out of the host's rectum in the evenings to lay its eggs around the anus. The eggs are such that they cause extreme irritation of the anus, giving the victim uncontrollable desire to scratch the area.
The eggs attach to the fingers while scratching and are swallowed back into the GIT when the finger are inserted in the mouth. The eggs develop into more adult worms that repeat the cycle.

As i said before, you would need to which category your husband falls into. An extensive investigation is required to ascretain the reason for the azoospermia.
