9gerian: Whilst it is easy to be angry at the duo, sometimes leaders have a bigger picture in front of them.
For instance, the weekly security report may have shown a huge decline in kidnapping, which was more than a menace a few months ago.
So, it may be mixed feelings for them. The citizens would hate them but they have the bigger picture in front of them. This of course is an assumption as they may have other reasons. Just dey play, are you saying the killing and second leg killing in Benue state or the killing of the 28 fishermen in Borno is lesser evil compared to what we have been experiencing in this country? Since when has government policy turned to guesswork by the citizens? |

Politics › Re: The Real Political Motive For The CBN Money Policy by Ttalk: 12:33pm On Mar 10, 2023 |
netricoin: The CBN money policy was not design to cause BAT to fail in the election, because from the look of things, Buhari, INEC and APC governors were all partisan working for BAT victory. The main reason for the money policy was to purnish the ACN faction in APC that voted for Buhari. The reason for this is because the CPC faction of APC now see Buhari as a failure, and they blame the ACN faction of APC, who impose Buhari on Nigeria and voting massively for Buhari in 2015 and 2019. Funny enough, for those who are hoping for the national assembly to do the needful by carrying out an impeachment proceeding on the CBN governor and Buhari, this is just wishful thinking, take for instance, it was BAT who controversialy supported the idea for a rubber stamp national assembly, so that the APC FG will be able to do what ever it want to do. The CBN governor is a smart guy who will run out of the country before May 29th. This mean that Nigerian may have to endure this present suffering until then. The CPC faction of APC may also purnish the ACN faction of APC in the NW "K" states by voting against APC for the coming governor election The reason for this is because the CPC faction of APC now see Buhari as a failure, and they blame the ACN faction of APC, who impose Buhari on Nigeria and voted massively for Buhari in 2015 and 2019.I thought you are going to make sense. until I got to the bolded and see you a picture of a toddler watching a cartoon and trying to act like he seeing. Why don't you go and withdraw from them? But, before you do that, I must give you this advice: if you decide to withdraw from these APC banks, just make sure you buy your milk, margarine, bread, eggs, Bournvita and foodstuffs at the bank. Because, nobody in this country will take that expired money from you. You are sick, blind and foolish. Must you link everything to party politics just because you want to be heard? Can't you see the implication of this senseless policy that it will wipe away small business and eventually lead to increased crime rate. sotall: A Nigeria where a significant number of its citizens want out of the country because the system has failed will continue to fail unless structural changes are made. It doesn't matter when this will happen, if it doesn't happen, in 8 years, the country will be worse than it is now. You can take that to the bank.
So you guys can keep playing the politics of exclusion and vengeance, the bad policies and incompetence of the politicians will affect all Nigerians just as when Buhari came with change and succeeded in dragging the country backward. Those who opposed the government then are justified. Every sane Nigeria wants a structural change but you don't go about it insulting, cursing, and hating other regions and their people. The energy dissipated in fanning hatred is enough to preach reasons and win people that would buy into the idea of restructuring Nigeria. That on one side, the bottom line shows that the same region that is preaching restructuring does not believe in it. The VAT case has exposed some regions as hypocrites perpetual leeches |
Politics › Is Godwin Emefiele A Finacial Terriorist? by Ttalk(op): 7:38am On Mar 10, 2023 |
What exactly is happening in this country? How can you have money and could not access your money in the name of a naira redesigning policy?
For every 1000 naira you have in your account, the value is worth 600 naira since you have to buy your 1000 naira with 400 naira.
Banks are not releasing new notes, those that visit banks would waste 6 hours to withdraw 2000 in 50naira denomination.
From the north to the south, from the hinterland to the urban city, the pain, agony, and frustration in the eyes of Nigerians are frightening. People seem to have resolved in their minds that nothing good can come out of Nigeria.
The annoying thing about the money redesign is the inability of CBN to come up with genuine benefits for the policy. Kidnapping is still going on, corruption and vote buying have not abated, the value of the currency has not appreciated, the cost of goods has not reduced and the lives of the average Nigerian have not improved, the only thing Nigerians have seen as a result of this thoughtless policy is increased pain, agony and hopelessness.
I have campaigned vigorously for Tinubu to become the President but will be the one to lead a strong campaign against him if he failed to prosecute Emefiele and his financial terrorist collaborators who have turned a sad country into a grieving one. |
