Politics › Re: So The North Wanted To Remove TINUBU Via Coup? by Ttalk: 3:25pm On Jan 27
How will an Azikwe with his exposure succumbed to accept a figurehead head of state under Tafawa Balewa a school teacher if not an act of cowardice.

Alex Ekweme, equally acted as extra tyre to Shahari a grade 2 teacher.

All these were done without the north reciprocate the gesture unlike Osinbajo who deputized a northerner but the SW stood and collected the mantle from the North despite their grumbling

You guys don't know what you want, just get this into your skull that Yoruba don't court validation to proof a point. We fight those we want to fight and diss those we want to diss. It is non of your business to startt sniffing what Yoruba are cooking, that is called longer throat.

Terming Yoruba disinterested action as an act of cowardice is a reflection of how you see yourself before the north.

Yoruba don't worship the northerners like you do, that's what the history told us

You vote OBJ in 2007 because u had no choice

Did you guys really vote Jonathan? Because he barely won South West

Shagari was the better choice.. Who should we have voted? Awolowo that starved igbos? And betrayed Ojukwu?
Just read the nonsense you post and tell yourself if it makes sense, is it not simple majority that determines winner in Nigeria election? What is 'barely' in a context that is won by simple majority?

Southern Nigeria will be more prosperous, safer and saner, we will get more respect in the world if we do a referendum and have our own country...via peaceful referendum. We are too different from the north...in the least southern governors must push for true federalism tenents...full resources control, state laws, state police, and a southern regional security network to guard the border lines and forests with the north.

The killings in the north compared to the peace in the south clearly shows the stark difference.
I quite agree with your position
Politics › Re: An Economy Analyst Has Clarify The Progress Tinubu Has Made In His Govt by Ttalk:
In Nigeria there are responsible and sensible opposition. We equally have bitter, aggressive and irrational opposition.

The sensible opposition will look at the facts analyse it and pick out the positive points before taking a stand but the bitter oppositions are blind and deaf to fact, they are incapable of analysing economic data and do a comparative analysis. All what they are concerned about is abuse and insult but the more they do the more frustrated the become as the genuine oppositions get irritated by their rabbit outburst and pitch tent with the man they hate so much continue due to his bold and critical reforms which are necessary pill that will take us out of the downward trend.

Presently Nigeria is in a consolidation stage, a phase we cannot skip due to the momentum of the decline rate Nigeria has been for 30 years. This is the position of anyone who genuinely feel concerned about the progress of Nigeria.

The bitter minority dot com can continue in their delusional and emotional blackmail. That won't erase the facts

The level of dangerous tribalism that emits from that squalid corner of the country, is suffocating..
The United States of Yorubaland ala Sanwo Olu would save us..

Transfer aggression. Between 2019 to 2023 it was Fulani today na Yoruba. The election defeat will continue to pain some people to their grave.

It was a brutal defeat

What's special to understand about you.

Your points on Nairaland revolves around APC, Tinubu and Lagos. You have never make any reasonable post here as you must drive your hatred for Tinubu into every discussion that doesn't relate to the topic

you think you can detach southwest from the north? All the bad presidents you have elected in nizooria, southwest did elect them with the north. Why are you denying them?
Small boy that doesn't know history.

Out of all President in Nigeria the SW only voted Jonathan 1 tenure. Obasanjo 2nd tenure, Buhari and Tinubu.

SE pitched tent with Tafawa Balewa while Azikwe became the figurehead, Shehu Shahari 1&2 tenure, Obasanjo 1&2 tenure, Yaradua, Jonathan 1&2

Do your calculations and see how useless your assumptions are

Igbos hold no grudge against nobody, all we want is a working nation that works for all, a nation built on equity, fairness, justice, truth, empathy and inclusivity that bring communal progress for all Nigerians.

But some people say no, Nigeria must continue to function on cheating, nepotism, political marginalization, ganging up to snatch political right of others and thinking it makes them smarter and better. That will never stand no matter what, so for those that cherish Nigeria to remain one big nation, you all must caution your tribesmen who swore by their life that they will never be alive to see an Igbo man become President of Nigeria because if they continue, then it will happen when they are lying six feet below.

Well done Chukwumereije, if you see good thing that's working, copy it irrespective of where it's coming from, all we want is communal progress for all.

Thank you Lagos state government for welcoming our brother from Abia state.
If a state commissioner can humble himself to learn rudiment of governace in Lagos what stops you and other Obidients from learning from the people you called databoys how to play opposition.

What we see from you guys is Nzogbu Nzogbu and hatred politics

WizardOfNG:
Amen. This highway was conceived under Shehu Shagari. Many President later, nada till PBAT came along.

Ditto Lagos-Calabar Coastal highway conceived under OBJ and abandoned till PBAT took charge with his commitment to complete several huge but abandoned legacy infrastructure projects that will have immense positive influence on the socioeconomic growth and development of Nigeria.

E no go better for hateful souls and and toxic enemies of progress.

https://von.gov.ng/nigerian-government-to-complete-sokoto-badagry-superhighway-project/
Even if Nigeria will eventually end regionally, laying this type of infrastructure will mimic what obtained in Europe with rail and road spans across different region.

This is the real unity in diversity and not pushing for residential permit in another mans region

Baba, PBAT is too much and even his detractors know that. Just that a groups of people exit who live to hate others to the extent they can never see good in anything those they hate do.

Abeg fashi dem ojare and take consolation in the fact they are in deep pain seeing all the giant strides of PBAT in an office their Agulu messiah will never smell.
Yeah, opposition has been in existence before their father was born but what we see today is a digression from the part an opposition should take.

An old Lai Mohammed led the media opposition campaign against PDP and it was interesting to see a vibrant debate, but today what you see is the voice of hateful miscreants, bigoted views and outright insult borne out of jealousy.

It's better they remain silent than messing the cyberspace with their poor rhetoric

Tinubu will silence the opposition with his excellent performance.

Many who have never experienced development since they were born are now seeing real infrastructural development.

The cry of neglect and marginalization by the past government leading to them running to other regions will subside now that Tinubu is taking development into their hoods and villages. In the next election they will know performance is not about reeling out figures and regurgitating archaic economic theories.

If e no dey, e no dey, if they cant make impact in small state, they don't deserve bigger responsibility. Follow who sabi road.

This is for discerning mind who understands economic indices and not for the follow follow who only echo beer parlour gist spread by illiterates and graduates of miracle centres

The consequence of tech to a Nigeria is not in employment problem, as the skill draws its from global market. The implication can be traced to reduction in tangible products which can lead to inflation
