How else would one explain it to you? There are different stages in a case, the highest stage is the supreme court. As long as the final conclusion of a said case, be it at the supreme or appeal court is positive such a case can be referred to as a won case not minding the decisions of the lower courts.

There was a day I alighted from Enugu bus at Onitsha south bus park with my luggage, agberos demanded I must pay charges before a wheelbarrow guy could carry my stuff. I paid twice, on our way to Peace park another sets blocked this guy for about two other charges which I had to pay.
