In 2023, absolute majority of lagosians will vote the APC again and wail about the post of Iyaloja

I get ur point about the history, prestige and sentimentality built over the years about the title.the issue is to what end has the role served other than taxation.
We have lagos state consumer protection agency(LCPA) which shud b the Premier market regulator backed up by the state market advisory Council inaugurated by the elected government.
This kind of act is common in this part of the world with our obsession with titles and "lording" over our fellow man...and I say this even tho I'm a lagosian

Pls let's learn the difference,a quality controller is selected to fulfill a laid out job description(usually tidiness,produce value,etc) usually backed up by law(the EIA law in the case of US)..from what I know bout this iyalojà stuff,its largely patriarchal and only exist to weigh down and tax the already poor shop/stall owners

The sad truth is there's nothing you can do,there's no child welfare programs in naija unlike other more developed countries.the only thing you can do is to find an NGO around and report the case.but bear in mind that the victim(wife) and people around will blame you(maybe even accusing you of sleeping with d wife sef) for interfering in a "family matter" if the man is locked up,its sad but thats the way things work in Nigeria.seen it happen many many times,it never ends well.
Like I said earlier...there's nothing you can do.

Reporting ursef to the police will solve nothing,wat u shud do is visit the hospitals close to the scene,the people around wud most probably hav carried the injured there...from there I leave it to ur judgement to do the noble thing.

This is insightful.
My little advise like I said earlier will be to administer a strong dose of immunosuppressive drug(azathioprine preferably) to limit the impact and Capsaicin cream on the affected area to soothe the itch.there is sadly no known 100% cure for it as random treatments/therapy keep having a backfire rate.its just best to save ur funds(as hospitals/treatment centres will be running multitudes of test on trial and errors) and wait it out(I know that seems hard as a parent),IT WILL GO ON ITS OWN EVENTUALLY.
-Pls ensure she doesn't scratch it
-limit her exposure to sunlight(particularly 11am-3pm)
-loose fitting clothes preferably
-drink enough water,very very very important
-pls have enough antibiotics at hand,because at this point her immune system is compromised,so she's susceptible to various ailments.
-have a monthly test check on hepatitis

can you please use a watermark and cover the patient and doctor's name...its confidential.
I hope my little input helps,I wish her the very best...I assure you the ailment will go on its own.dont be downcast,she needs ur strength as a parent during this trying times.

The problem with conventional medicine is that as they attempt to temporarily fix one problem they leave you open to other illnesses. An immunosuppressant can only offer extra temporary relief while leaving the patient very exposed to something possibly worse.

Thats where the dilemma lies,to.choose between the lesser evil...my best bet will be to go for the immunosuppressant, because aside the skin disfigurement,it itches like helllllllllllll!!!!

Yes it will...but it will slow the growth of the disease, since it attacks the immune system...

Ok. I wanted to ask a question that's why.

I met an old time friend. I noticed his waist got slimmer. The only thing that changed about him is the head, it go bigger. I asked him if he was alright and he said yes.

I also noticed that anywhere we went people always look at him strangely. Like when you look at him the first thing you'd see is his big head. Do think he is alright just as he said? Thank you!

Any answer for that please?

His neck n shoulders probably got thinner thereby giving his head an illusion of being bigger..lots of things could be in play here..anorexia, early stages of cancer,advanced stage of HIV,perhaps even bulimia...can't say for sure without properly seeing pictures,all these are jus guesses..
An observation u can make is to check his forehead,if it has a broad shine to it..like very prominent...most importantly he has to go to a certified Lab to check his blood,bodily fluids and an MRI scan if funds are available.
