I was given a cheque dated 17/03/11 and I have been to the bank twice and yet i have been informed that there is insufficient fund in the account. How can I enforce my rights under the Dud Cheque Act

are you for real?

i have had an unpleasant experience of not being able to get my entire refund for more than a year. I have the company's cheque and I am yt to be able to cash it for over a week now. The cheque was drawn on Oceanic Bank A/c No 038110100**** in Motorways building (I have excluded the last four digits for security purpose) and dated 17/03/11. The cheque number is 0000**** (I have excluded the last four digits for security purpose)

I challenge the company to come out an refute  my allegation. (trHE CHEQUE IS STILL IN MY POSSESSION AND I INTEND TO NOTIFY RELEVANT AUTHORITIES

So this is a warning for all to beware of PENTAGON REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT LIMITED .

the number of delegates is determined by
1. equal number of delegates from each local Government area  - 5 per local Government Area
2. all elected PDP officials from the state houses of assembly, national assembly, governors, deputies, President, Vice President and all executive officers of the party

well i think by now the game is over for Atiku

i love history and it being discussed and i have enjoyed the dialogue
my view is that Akintola started good but was carried away by his desire to bring the Yorubas into the mainstream of Nigerian politics
In his attempt he misread the people he was leading and the party that brought him to power
As for Baba Awo i think he misread and underestimated Chief Akintola's resolve on his desire
In conclusion I believe the issue between the two late Premiers of the defunct Western Region of Nigeria is a classical study in the dynamics of power.
I just pray that we all are the better for it
