Ok..pls I tried connecting ma fone to ma sys thru wifi in order to update...buh it's not working...wat options can I use to update d software with my laptop..i have a glo modem I use with ma laptop.

Sup pple...am using a Q5 I got last week..so far it's been splendid..good batt life..nd all, ma problems...
It's seems na war to get either 2G OR 3G network on d fone...sometimes na just gsm go show for hours...plus..d fone came with 10.1....OS...update is tellin me to update to 10.1 4181 or soo...wats d importance of this. I use glo network by d way. Nd used to have solid network with ma former fone bold 5 in d same area.

> 2 We consider this action as the highest form of insensitivity to the plight of doctors working under the state government in particular and the condition of the health sector in general
> 3 While the government has been dragging its feet for the past two and a half years in meeting it's contractual obligation to doctors salary under CONMESS, due to lack of funds ,it suddenly has funds to employ foreign doctors
> 4 We are shocked that a doctor in kano with full knowledge of local diseases is of less value to the government and can not be paid hundred per cent of his salary but an Egyptian doctor can be paid 6000 dollars monthly wages
> 5 We are now fully convinced that this government has no plan to tackle the issue of manpower shortage in the health sector and stop the current exodus of doctors from the state.
> 6 The state government has failed to pay all the contract doctors under its employment the agreed 15 percent contract addition since its inception but is now ready to pay ten times that amount to Egyptian doctors
> 7 We urge the government to rescind this decision for the sake of industrial harmony in the state health sector
> 8 We call on the medical and dental council to monitor this situation as there have been many instances in the past where foreign health personnel who are not medically qualified have been employed to work as medical doctors
> 9 Finally, we call on all our members to eremain calm as we monitor events

May I also add that this is not the first time its happening, its been ongoing for awhile. In addition, most of the doctors are quacks. Paying 6000 dollars to quacks (900,000 naira)
