Now...before we jump to the obvious concluusion, we need to understand ladies. Yes they might be material driven...also, at that time she was in school....younger, and had not started facing the realities of life. She was still caught up by the mirage of money from parents and accolades enjoyed from schoolmates...simply put, she was not matured (though not an entire excuse..but and admissible one). Check it.., I put it to you that if she was a graduate like you were then at that time..and was already in the labour market hustling...she might have considered you. (OP). So while saying you should not go all out to accept her, yet....u answer the following questions sincerely, do you like her with sincere feelings..? Is she a good girl? Are u even interested in checking out whether she's for real this time or not (that if u don't have a stable relationship yet, or u do have the time...) lastly be careful. You really don't need to straff her....

So what is your argument. We should demolish the building or take it to lagos before is classified as world class ?
My position is simple...yes he has donated a building, with normal e quipments...not world class equipment a and shouldnt be called such not deceive people that it is world class. call it what it is....a simple hospital to alleviate basic children or common diseases.
HealthRe: Launching Of Obijackson Children Hospital In Anambra, Nigeria (Photos) by tunesoft(m): 11:47am On Nov 22, 2015
Nigerians ans structures?....shey we never learn that just because a structure is big don't mean a hospital is world class. Even the gadgets displayed are what is expected of a regular hospital yet we celebrate one xray machine... (at the time and age of multi slice CTs) we celebrate incubators and drug dose dispensers and USS Machines. Abeg.....where are the perseonnels....? The pead surgeons ? the specially trained nurses...the anesthetists...the interventional radiologists..the paediatric oncologists? They ever loving peadiatricians? Show me the the automated lab equipment with well qualified lab scientists ? The computerised records department....the 2- 3 units of rapid response paramedics. Then maybe we can start talking of a world class hospital . We are not dumb at least I am not. Structures don't mean hospital strcutes mean hotels and event centre s abeg left to me turn that place to a hotel rather than deceiving people that it'world class's when its only Malaria and diarrhoea it will treat. People should open their eyesss jaareee

why are nigerians this daft......a varicocele is a simple enlargement of the vein in the scrotum and the procedure to remove it is called a varicocelectomy.....it can easily be done by any urologist at all or even a general surgeon or any doctor that have watched it being done a few times.....it is not even regarded as a major surgery and it is done in any general, hospital for about 40 000 naira and it Is done on outpatient basis(meaning they do it and you go the same day). It is even easier than an appendectomy and nobody ever dies from the procedure. I will do it for free and it wont take me an hour if julius agwu will donate 1000 dollars to boko haram victims in borno....
Please let nobody dupe my man julius agwu with such nonsense....in the united states, the procedure cost is less than 7000 dollar

Christianity EtcRe: Jehovah's Witnesses: 17 Facts People Should Know About Them by tunesoft(m): 4:13am On Nov 09, 2015
Nnaabros:
THIS IS COMMON CAUSE OF CONTROVERSY. KINDLY FIND HEREB BRIEF EXPLANATION. FOR DETAILS, PLEASE SPEAK WITH A WITNESS.

Christians are commanded to ‘abstain from blood’

Acts 15:28, 29: “The holy spirit and we ourselves [the governing body of the Christian congregation] have favored adding no further burden to you, except these necessary things, to keep abstaining from things sacrificed to idols and from blood and from things strangled [or, killed without draining their blood] and from fornication. If you carefully keep yourselves from these things, you will prosper. Good health to you!” (There the eating of blood is equated with idolatry and fornication, things that we should not want to engage in.)

Does the Bible’s prohibition include human blood?

Yes, and early Christians understood it that way. Acts 15:29 says to “keep abstaining from . . . blood.” It does not say merely to abstain from animal blood. (Compare Leviticus 17:10, which prohibited eating “any sort of blood.”) Tertullian (who wrote in defense of the beliefs of early Christians) stated: “The interdict upon ‘blood’ we shall understand to be (an interdict) much more upon human blood.”—The Ante-Nicene Fathers, Vol. IV, p. 86.

Is a transfusion really the same as eating blood?

In a hospital, when a patient cannot eat through his mouth, he is fed intravenously. Now, would a person who never put blood into his mouth but who accepted blood by transfusion really be obeying the command to “keep abstaining from . . . blood”? (Acts 15:29) To use a comparison, consider a man who is told by the doctor that he must abstain from alcohol. Would he be obedient if he quit drinking alcohol but had it put directly into his veins?

In the case of a patient that refuses blood, are there any alternative treatments?

Often simple saline solution, Ringer’s solution, and dextran can be used as plasma volume expanders, and these are available in nearly all modern hospitals. Actually, the risks that go with use of blood transfusions are avoided by using these substances. The Canadian Anaesthetists’ Society Journal (January 1975, p. 12) says: “The risks of blood transfusion are the advantages of plasma substitutes: avoidance of bacterial or viral infection, transfusion reactions and Rh sensitization.” Jehovah’s Witnesses have no religious objection to the use of nonblood plasma expanders.

Jehovah’s Witnesses actually benefit from better medical treatment because they do not accept blood. A doctor writing in the American Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology (June 1, 1968, p. 395) acknowledged: “There is no doubt that the situation where you [the surgeon] are operating without the possibility of transfusion tends to improve your surgery. You are a little bit more aggressive in clamping every bleeding vessel.”

All types of surgery can be performed successfully without blood transfusions. This includes open-heart operations, brain surgery, amputation of limbs, and total removal of cancerous organs. Writing in the New York State Journal of Medicine (October 15, 1972, p. 2527), Dr. Philip Roen said: “We have not hesitated to perform any and all indicated surgical procedures in the face of proscribed blood replacement.” Dr. Denton Cooley, at the Texas Heart Institute, said: “We became so impressed with the results [from using nonblood plasma expanders] on the Jehovah’s Witnesses that we started using the procedure on all our heart patients.” (The San Diego Union, December 27, 1970, p. A-10) “‘Bloodless’ open-heart surgery, originally developed for adult members of the Jehovah’s Witnesses sect because their religion forbids blood transfusions, now has been safely adapted for use in delicate cardiac procedures in infants and children.”—Cardiovascular News, February 1984, p. 5.
Easier quoted than in reality.....not in a 3rd world country like ours. How many open heart surgeries have been performed in Nigeria not to talk of bloodless. Anyways life is all about choices and if one chooses to be a JW one should be ready to abide by the teachings and rules of the religion. Needless say, I seen a few that bulged when it got to the point of death despite signing the no trans blood. I see it has, if one is a JW and at the point of death where it's just blood that can save the life, maybe it's just the person's time to pai. Thanks

Mchew.. Nonsense... So u people value rules more dan human life.. God will punish all of you on d last day.. Was it not Jesus who healed a soul on d sabath? And wen confronted by the Jews, he told dem a life is more important dan the sabath...
Unfortunately it doesn't work that way..rules are there to guide them. They don't follow rules. There is more chance of losing thier job which I doubt u can offer another. Meanwhile religion I this issue is sentimental.

HealthRe: Mother, Child Die Looking For Doctor (Photo) by tunesoft(m): 12:57am On Nov 06, 2015
Now to the General public that are so quick to judge the government hospitals when issues like this come up....I will say...keep quiet and go sit down Joor. We choose to be blind and deaf tonthe yearning demands of the public health sector forgetting that we live in the same community and if not us a relatuve might need the system urgently someday. Lagos state population is in millions yet it can only boost of 26 gen hosthospitals and 1 teaching Hosp. these hospitals are greatly overwhelmed some attend to more th a one thousand patients a day with just few doctors and nurses working. Are they robots? Them no get family? They must eat now.. they do what they can do and stretch their consciences to the limits before leaving the rest to fate. Are we aware that the whole lagos state can't boost of more than 15 to 20 functioning intensive care units (private and public) to serve the millions? Are we aware personnel are short in supply? are we aware that some General hospitals in lagos here have 1 or 2 delivery beds for pregnant women yet they take 10 to 15 deliveries per day...ask yourself how these personnel cope with instruments and all. with 2 patients sharing a bed in labor wards...
please all when next health polices are being made think twice before you look away and better get involved. Shout out when strikes are on and get involved. Ask for a better health sector/system rather than waiting for the next person to die and then laying the same blames over and over again...if not, in 5 -10 years time, it will be the same blames we make and I pray it won't be our loved one involved then.
HealthRe: Mother, Child Die Looking For Doctor (Photo) by tunesoft(m): 12:56am On Nov 06, 2015
Having gone through mists comments..I concluded so much still needs to be done. Now without taking sides...the nurses on duty in that health center if truly they didn't assist the patient should be punished..mere opening the gates immediately and doing a quick evaluation while calming the man down could gone along way to help. At same time explaining situation of things with prompt referral then. The doctor not being on duty is not an excuse..but are we aware of so many factors that might discourage the doctor from staying overnight..no light (as candles are advised sef) bad or useless call rooms etc, well the doctor still has to get purnished though unfortunately.

I THINK WE SHOULD START SUING THE POLICE / GOVERNMENT FOR INACTIVITY. we should be able to do that now? If it was a personal property being attacked, Necessary moves would have been put in place to prevent further occurrence. Now let the police / government come and tell us what has been done so far. I wonDer what all the young law graduates do sef. Charge and bail? Or sign affidavit?

Am so tired of this country, what does it take to station cops on that bridge and environs especially them cops on bikes that kit up like say them get mission. What other cue does the police need to make this move. are they blind or they choose to turn deaf ears or the.g. are accomplice? Plus Ambode should have said something about this. What is he doing in lagos if not to protect life an properties. Yet they go about harrasing people for tax and all sort of dues.

One..I will say doctors in that hospital better stand up and help themselves. Raise like 5k each and make your call room more comfortable. For the ignorant ones that feel they came to work and not...well I don't blame you. Naps are needed during call hours or simply lying down for some minutee to cool off...that is if chanced. So face your wowork and let then doctors mind theirs
