sorry about your expérience with the "QUACK AGENTS'.

Do not patronize so called "Property agents" who collect money all in the name of consultancy fée, mobilization fee, or even inspection fée; it is unethical in the Réal Estate profession.

Thé only fée to be given is the agency and légal fée which is usually paid after you must have inspected, the property you intend to move into which is usually à negotiated percentage of the total rent paid.

please say NO to QUACK PROPERTY AGENTS...
