SE PDP leaders have individual ambitions for 2023. They can't decamp because of the political backlash but prefer to remain in PDP and their own political contributions towards 2023 is to sabotage Obi for APC to win.

If Obi is crippled in 2019, he can't rise above SE Governors in political status and they (Governors and party leaders) have chances in 2023 but if Obi wins, he becomes the preferred candidate in 2023 and they would never allow that.

Go and ask Atiku why no SE state offered him their stadium to use when he wanted to launch his rally there. In fact, Ugwuanyi instructed that PDP billboards in Enugu showing has face with Atiku should be pulled down.

Remember what Obiano said yesterday and what Wike said late last year?

President Buhari is going to win Kebbi,Zamfara, Sokoto, Katsina , Kano, kaduna, Jigawa, Borno,Yobe, Bauchi and Gombe. These states are going for Buhari with high confidence.

Terms of zoning is very simple. presidency shall be rotated between North and South.

just like 2019 is between Northwest buhari and Northeast Atiku. 2023 would be between Southwest and Southsouth, since southeast prefers to hide behind Atiku for relevance .


besides Southwest has highest numbers of eligible voters while Southsouth comes a distant second with Southeast been the least.


Again in terms of Nationally accepted Politician and Candidacy SW has tinubu,osibanjo,fasola, and many more vibrant choices, and Southsouth has Wike Mr project , Ameachi, Akpabio, Donald duke, oshiomole, Udom and Obaseki.

By 2023 the remnant of APC will be in opposition. SE are pdp by ideology not by scheme of presidency offer.
