The saturday bye polls once again proved that apc has made serious inroads into the south south/south east.right from 2016,apc has won many elections in these region and even where they lost managed to poll 25% something pdp cant replicate in the core north.rivers is pdp biggest voting base.since 1999 it has always given pdp the largest votes polling over 95% using federal might and thuggery.but since the tables have turned its no longer possible.apc are even outmatching pdp in rivers in terms of violence and thugs.the new apc chairman is dreaded by rivers pdp.
For pdp to have any hope of winning in 2019,they must win rivers by at least 90%.the saturday polls before it was suspended showed apc winning and getting at leastv40% of votes in an acclaimed pdp stronghold.it shows how next year polls will be in rivers.pdp may still likely win but with a narrow margin which will end all hopes of pdp getting back aso rock.other states that pdp also get huge votes from are also delta and akwa ibom.pdp can only win here by 70% highest,they will be no room for incredible allocation and inflation of figures.

If pdp poll up to a million in rivers,apc will poll up to 500k votes.it is now impossible for pdp to allocate figures in rivers.in the south south,only bayelsa will apc do badly while apc will fail in enugu and abia but get at least 30% elsewhere.the ss/se are the most educated people in nigeria and also very enlightened therefore its not true that they harbour deep hatred for apc.many dislike pdp.its only an illiterate area that hates blindly though pdp is still stronger than apc here.kwankwaso or tambuwal can resist apc in their states the way apc is doing to pdp in rivers.pdp will be hugely disappointed next year.
On a final note,buhari polled 25% of votes in the south while gej an incumbent polled less than 25% in the north.as an incumbent,buhari will poll over 30% in the south while pdp will poll less in the north.pdp will never return to power again.

Kwara will be delivered 100% to PDP next year and buhari will lose.

You lie sir.buhari had 12.3 million votes in the north,goodluck had 3.7 million as an incumbent president.total northern votes was 16 million.one third should be about 5.4 million so goodluck fell short of that.He didnt even get up to 25% which is 4 million.therefore you lied as usual,your unintelligent as usual.if an incumbent can get less than one third or 25%,a non incumbent will get less.
In the south,total votes was 12 million.buhari got 3 million votes which is exactly 25%.as an incumbent,he will not get less than 30%.

Returning officer is an INEC Adhoc staff appointed to head the collation of this particular election result. He is not a staff of INEC. Most times INEC use university lecturers as returning officers.

Resident Electoral Commissioner is the state head of INEC and is a full staff of INEC.

And again suspension is not cancellation. However suspension can lead to cancellation or uphelding of the results.
