During proceeding, pdp lawyer states that his witnesses were attacked on their way from zamfara, not just that morning, but while he was in court. Reason for his stepping out to answer calls. Is that not stupid and moronic. How can they leave zamfara same morning they had to testify in Abuja. Why were they not brought to Abuja the previous day. So the lawyers don't prepare their witnesses again? Were they to be prepared for cross questioning 10mins before the tribunal sits? PDP had no witnesses, simple. They just had to bring up a lie. The time is fixed by the constitution thus 180days at the tribunal and 60days at the supreme court for presidential election.

The pre-hearing time taken alone was more than 90days with needless back and forth.

A thorough presidential election challenge requires over 18moths except top notch witnesses and evidences abound. That is why #team atiku wants access to the server as the ace.
