OAUTemitayo: INEC announced only one result. Atiku and his agent should sort out themselves We shall know when Prof Yakubu shows up at the tribunal with the required documents which include the election results. The petitioner is driving at something and it is interesting. |
Politics › Re: Witness Faults Results Of Presidential Election Claimed By Atiku, PDP by tuniski: 7:11pm On Jul 17, 2019 |
OAUTemitayo: You have comprehension problem. Atiku said APC won Zamfara according to his own real result.
Atiku's agent said Atiku and PDP won Zamfara.
His own testimony is against Atiku's claim that APC won Zamfara. If you and your witness can't reconcile claims, you can as well know what judgement would be. It is a good testimony. It simply shows INEC had multiple results depending on the situation. |

Gforce2019: Atikuchukwu should just go and face his investment instead of squandering money to an already defeated battle. Waste of time, resources, energy and life.
Mike ozekhome and co. As usual , your account go don full with athiefuku money. Anyway, it was a stolen money. Easy go, easy come Quite unfortunate submission. |

Nemesis909:

Your own witness's testimony going well against your claims.
Atiku, the maga that continues to pay. That was a good testimony . He simply insist that PDP ain't defeated in Katsina. Like the state PDP agent earlier posited. |

Afamed: The problem with you, when the tribunal finally gives their verdict, there you begin your usual wailing democracy is on fire You surely dont know me. I don't wail on outcome/verdict rather I take them and move on. Lessons learnt. Just like the opposing lawyers judiciously pursue their case and abide by end verdict, so do I. Mine is simple allow for ventilation of grievance at the appropriate avenues. I equally dont see reason to be taunting anyone. |

It's only a tree you'd tell you you'd cut it down today and it will still stand looking at you. It will get to a stage where these people will be forced to take up arm against the government and nobody can really blame them. If they take up arms against the Nigerian state, Nigeria will be history. |

RichBoy247: Atiku lost his polling unit by 167 votes to 187. Buba Galadima too lost by 3 votes to 750. Even Obasanjo lost his polling unit. Yet, Atiku is at the court telling the Judges to declare him President of Biafra. Lame |

May be you need to educate Tunisk about it. What is different from what I have been saying? The problem actually is comprehension from you buharideens. |

You, on the other hand, have not eaten today, yet you typing epistle for APC, who don't know you exist -- and won't dash you 1 naira if they did.

Officialgarri: The result Atiku downloaded was only a "specimen" from the test INEC was carrying out on the server.
By the time his hackers realized it was only a specimen result, Atiku had paid all his lawyers and the story of going to court was out in the newspapers already.
His lawyers can't refund him, but they assured him they could pull the case. Hehehehehehehe |

Afamed: Keep quiet, with your blind argument. Someone going to supreme Court as a backup. SmH. You are on social media making jest of yourself Yes, going to Supreme before a ruling on inspection of serve is a backup strategy by the Atiku's legal team. If you don't like it, go and argue with them ciao . |

Yyeske: You are wrong bro, for you to be the president of the Federal republic, you must be a Nigerian by birth. Question is who is a Nigerian by birth.
1) If one of your grandparents or a parent can trace their origin to be from an indigenous group in Nigeria by midnight October 1st 1960. 2) If any of your grandparents or a parent or even you can be proven to be on Nigerian soil as at that day and time.
Atiku only became a Nigerian after the northern British Cameroon decided to become part of Nigeria in 1962 so he has to provide evidence for either of both cases to prove that he's a Nigerian by birth. Being a vice president doesn't come in here, he can be the VP over and over again. Faulty interpretation. |

Ades1234: Hmmmm how did he know, u met him in ur class that automatically is from here, haba, is wrong, not even if is Nigeria or not , the constitution says if he was not born here in soil of Nigeria, he can never be president, but he can head other position but not as a President of federal republic of Nigeria. And that old man witnessing about him should go and sit down , how did he know that, imagine me after many years of primary school will come up and defense a friend whom I met in my class, how? If any of his grand parents ain't born native of Nigeria that is the position of the constitution. If you can be vice president you can be president. |

Afamed: Even in cyberspace, someone can approach a Supreme Court based on backup claims. Typical lazy youth Is it the grammar or the context that is ifficult for you to understand? In legal battle adversaries deploy all strategies. Tribunal says wait till we hear the argument on the server during trial, and the petitioner went to the supreme court to say he can't wait cos it will affect his case at the main trial. Haba danwa is this too difficult to grasp. Chai! |
