garfield1: Your failure is almost there.i was thinking it was videos showing rigging and electoral malpractice.the cross examination of the witness just destroyed the video. The second video is no more relevant because just days to the polls inec declared that they will use manual transmission and the apc lawyer has applied to play a video to counter it There are 48 clips in evidence. Just two played and you are already concluding. The two sef have further strengthened the argument about the existence of central server. The server remains the ace in this trial. I can't wait to see how INEC will navigate it. |

The better rigger only won the election. So, forget it. This kind of petition will help reduce rigging and deepen our electoral process. |

Those of you refusing to fight when war is brought to your door are the ERAN OGUN. You sound Yoruba, so I want you to know that if it's going to wipe out 80% Yoruba population, Yorubaland must be free. Anything for freedom. Only those who see war as fun or play crave it. adanny01: PDP should ask to inspect Accreditation server. Am sure they will be given access.
When PDP asked for result server and they know in the back of their heads that that which they ask for is not available and the one which is available they ignore, its just mischief. PDP ask to inspect the server. There is no separate server for results and accreditation. It is a central server that house all INEC's data. PDP for access to the central Server. |

He can search the whole of inec it dept and will see no server. Let the court grant him access to the server then leave the rest to him. INEC will have no hiding afterwards and where nothing is found atiku's petition loses potency and dies henceforth. |

That was just a few days to the rescheduled 23rd February date. There are other such evidences that have been tendered already. The witnesses statements are simply corroborative. The existence of server and its useage has been established so far. |

ejimatic: . It is not possible to call 400 witnesses within ten days...There must be cross examination of witnesses by the respondent lawyers. Besides the number of witnesses does not win a case but their SUBSTANCE does....Most witnesses nowadays are coached witnesses who will contradict themselves. God bless you. It is quality (substance) over mere quantity (number). garfield1 that is for you. |

Hacuttie: When Nigerians react to this issue of shia islam from human right perspective, I feel sorry for the country. Propagation and spread of shia islam in Nigeria can lead to many things that are difficult to mention.
For student of history, the perennial hatred among the arab countries is as a result of what? Despite the fact that they are all predominantly muslims, they still kill each other and wage war at every slight provocation.
The fact remains that majority of world muslims are sunnis and the doctrines of shia is slightly different which is believed to be deviation from the way it was practiced by the prophet.
It could have been better managed when it had not gained prominence, unfortunately we lack such intelligence in our dear country.
Leaving them to spread isn't that good for the country and crushing them by force can lead to serious internal war. Mosquito has perched on delicate pedulum, it requires patience and wisdom. Shia Islam will spread without anyone's permission let alone sunni's. It is like Catholics asking that pentacostalism be stopped. The more the shiites are persecuted the more they gain ground. Before Islam there were traditional religions in Nigeria and Islam didn't seek their permission to spread. Alllow Shiites to be it is a live and let live scenario. |

However, it takes their appeal for it to know be clear that not until inec publish the list of candidates, you must snoop and scoop to know the date the candidate actually submitted his/her CV. Because where inec is conniving, it may delay the publication such that the 14days post submission quickly elapsed. The case was dismissed not settled. It remains unsettled. |

Afamed: And if most of PDP supporters are not brain dead. You would have used your sense of reasoning to ask why Jonathan , the seating President failed to continue to pursue the PMB certificate in the law court Only a brain dead fellow won't acknowledge Jonathan's entirety of actions before, during and after the 2015 elections. He was examplary in democratic ethos. Having said this, it wasn't as if the election was perfect or whether PMB was/is immaculate! When Buhari lost 3 times he went to court and it was the right thing to do. People who want to blackmail or insult others who chose the court to ventilate their electoral misgivings should be the ones that are brain dead! |
