You claim the whistle blower is a staff of INEC because said whistle blower who has no identity said so. But the whistle blower cannot provide proof that what he/she is saying is true or prove that said results came from INEC.

You guys are always jumpy. The onus is now on the tribunal to order for the inspection of inec server to either validate/invalidate the results.

That's the problem. Buhari that doesn't obey court order. Man didn't obey court order on dasuki. Didn't obey court order on El zakzaky. Will he then obey the court if they miraculously grant atiku victory? And if he doesn't, will the rubber stamped senate impeach him?

If the supreme court rule against his election he must comply. He has no option.

Before a petitioner can get the tribunal to nullify the result of a presidential election, a substantial case of non compliance nationwide with the relevant electoral laws must be proven. This is not about convicting a man on a one count charge. Atiku’s team did not prove partial non compliance not to talk of substantial non compliance nationwide.

It is not only on substantial none compliance ground alone could election be nullify in part or whole.

The problem is your comprehension in context. The entire petition is challenging the INEC results. While Atiku said apc won relying on the result transmitted, the PDP katsina consistently insist PDP won.

Now 3 results are being claimed. That has introduced further contention. The legal team knew exactly their strategy. They presented witnesses whom they knew would dispute the entire claim of both atiku and inec/apc on purpose.

Let me ask you again where 3 results are being claimed, what would do as a member of the panel?

Yes, Atiku's position is based on transmitted results while the katsina PDP's based on their own situation room.
What this does is to raise real doubt about inec's result. The essence is to invalidate inec's entire charade.
If you have 3 results emanating from same election what would you do?

Atiku/PDP can win Buhari in katina just like it happened in 2007. Katsina has always been a PdP state.

I believe Atiku could defeat buhari in any state except Yobe and Borno. So, it won't be surprising if he won there. The Buhari mojo had really gone down long before the election. I had hoped for a free and fair election that truly reflect the wish of the people irrespective of the winner.
