BusinessRe: Why Can't Money Be Sufficiently Printed For Our Use? by tushbobo(m): 10:30am On Jul 17, 2011
Just as an individual can never become rich by trading with nobody so can a country can never become rich by avoiding trades with other countries.Money is not paper but an exchange for goods or services.Trade by bater was an early form of monetary exchange(I give u what I have in exchange for what u have under an agreement) and that has evolved into what we have today where printed currency is being used as a "middle man".
Take the case of Zimbabwe when most  countries avoided trading with her.At a point a loaf of bread was going for 100,000 Zimbabwean dollars.Mugabe was only printing money and that isn't sustainable.Dubai at any point in time didn't print money but used their God given resource to develop their country.
Nigeria has nothin to offer the world in terms of products and services apart from oil which is chronically mismanaged. We have no infrastructure to promote production of goods which can be exported in exchange for money.Don't be surprised that countries that have little resources are doing better than us because of proper management.
China is an example of a country that has grown rich due to massive export of products over the past few years.
Once corruption is reduced and infrastructures put in place, the country will experience a rapid transformation.Printing money is not an option because it is not sustainable.

PropertiesRe: Nigerians To Own Houses For N1.5m Soon - Developers by tushbobo(m): 9:17am On Jun 27, 2011
I think 2.5m is more like it.1.5 is way to cheap for foundation, walls, roof, finishing, mechanical and electrical works and labour.
PropertiesRe: Why Is Nigerian Architecture So Uninspiring? by tushbobo(m): 8:29am On Jun 27, 2011
Have u ever asked urself why the Police service,Education,Power supply, infrastructure etc in this country has been so uninspiring? This is what u get when poverty ravages a nation due to corruption and lack of due process.
I am an architect and can boldly say that we have no identity(no development of our God given resources in terms of materials and construction) hence we just follow the crowd. In terms of design we are not doing badly but in acase where middle class clients don't appreciate the importance of design and prefer to pay peanuts to a young graduate or draughtsman, coupled with poor construction practises, u get a poor building.
On the other hand the bigger clients(such as government and corporate bodies) who should organise competitions to get the best out of any project prefer to sell out projects or give it to cronies who employ just anybody to execute the project. The result will be a poor structure.
At times u have dreams and ideas but the nigerian factor of 'lack of project capital','lack of construction techniques and proper structural design' coupled general apathy to planning, design and construction(which is mainly caused by lack of vision on the bigger picture) kills it.
In advanced countries, building just a Box like building will entail so much construction details it will be like a master piece.
Construction and research into local materials are areas to be devoped if there is to be any noticeable development of nigerian architecture
Car TalkRe: Car Enters Water, doesn't Start: Any Advice? by tushbobo(op): 11:09am On Jun 26, 2011
Many thanks my guys.I got it resolved yesterday evenin but couldn't give a feedback as I was havin internet connectivity problem.I ve driven the car inside water many times when I moved to ph cos it rains often with resulting flood. Most times it doesn't go off, about twice it went off-i started it after 2 to 3 minutes and it came on.This time around it went off and after startin it the third time it started makin a screechin sound.
The first thin that was checked was the timing belt then the fuel supply and plugs and a couple of electrical stuff. The three plugs in front were removed and heated the remaining three at the back weren't removed cos they were sort of hidden and the mechanics said if three of the six plugs are ok,it willl jump start the remaining three. There was no luck and other parts like the brain box and ignition were suspected as the screechin sound made it seem.I got a nairalander who diagnosed the car n there was really nothin wrong and if there was it would be the ignition.By then the car had stayed over a day there n the plugs which were nt checked were sort of drier. We tried n d car started with a lot of steam comin out for about 5 mins.It turned out to be three of the plugs or the brain box which got a little wet n later dried was the problem(not too sure).Spent 12k overall but grateful it wasn't more than that.thanks

CelebritiesRe: Genevieve Vs Omotola: Who Is More Beautiful Without Makeup? by tushbobo(m): 10:12am On Jun 23, 2011
Of course its glaring omotola is more beautiful than gene but she was made up to look ugly in that pic.her face and eyes were painted to make it look darker n drab. Genevieve has always looked like a regular girl with enough money to transform her looks.I ve never seen her as beautiful.Visit UAE to see what true natural beauty looks like
EducationRe: Uniport 18th Best University In Africa. No 1 In Nigeria. by tushbobo(m): 12:33pm On Jun 19, 2011
manneger:
Why is every shock with this, is uniport not a good school, am proud to be a unique std frm a unique uniport, but uniport convocation has not been fixed
The fact that u can't compose a simple sentence without errors says a lot about ur 'unique uniport', how can a school that can not organise a meaningful convocation ceremony claim to be no. 1 in Nigeria.Futhermore, UNIPORT is still ruled by tribal sentiments and still has a long way to go generally.

I use a V6 accord n its been perfect.Gives me d power on d highways when i need it
I travel often from lagos to ph and wouldnt go for a lesser engine as
My V6 covers d miles very fast n smoothly. The mistake we make is replacing
The transmission fluid with fluids not recommended, the recommended oil
Is ATF-Z1 or DEXRON III.Anything other than this u r only gradually wearing
Out the transmission system. It might take time but ll go bad sooner or later
