It has opened but cant update any app. It says for example, "Update for BBM could not be downloaded due to an error (Error retrieving information from server. RPC:S-3) what do i do?

marcjoe: Remove google account under settings, account then restart ur phone and try signing in again....

When i removed google account and i tried to open my play store, it tells me to "add another google account" Do i add another account? Or what do i do?

I have searched on google, I logged in to the portal via the username and password but my Application Process Information box is empty. Please, how do one get the information? Or what would be written inside the box?

It's not downloading at all, not even from play store neither is it downloading from Samsung apps.

My bbm was not opening, I uninstalled it and later tried to install it from play store. Now, the problem is, the bbm is not installing since thursday. Abeg, what do I do?
