Having seen the hair flip and grab video, I respectfully submit that both Mercy and Tacha were wrong and deserve at least two strikes.

Tacha had every right to grab Mercy's hair. If in doubt, get into a heated argument with anybody and flip your hair in their faces, if you don't eat asphalt that day, then, the person must have a disability that prevents them from moving.
