I am not in support of irresponsible behaviour but from what I've seen and heard so far, there are many couples who are sexually incompatible. It only makes sense for them to end the union instead of cheating while still married.
The only biblical ground for divorce is adultery but people get divorced everyday for other reasons.

We are built differently. Libido varies greatly. While some women can't stay a day without sex, some men are complaining that their wives have a sex calendar that perhaps allows him once a month of boring sex. Let's forget vanity talk. We are born to live and to live is to enjoy the good things of life. If you die without enjoyment what is the point. That is wasted life...the real vanity

Adultery is as old as man. Even the bible puts it as the only condition for divorce. People are just hypocritical but the truth is that you can't run away from your desires. Women might hang on for a while but at the end she will succumb to nature's call. I personally don't think they should be castigated. It's better to consider the root cause of the problem. If not sexually compatible, just divorce him/her. I don't subscribe to a woman enduring the torture of sexual thirst in the name of loyalty
